In the intervening years I witnessed nearly all my nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters (more than 50) abandon what they thought was the faith. In my old catholic school- only 3 out of 300 still attend church! If VII were a business startup it was the biggest scam in history.
How can someone be condemned for practicing the same liturgy and teaching for almost 2,000 years? It's not possible from a truly Catholic standpoint. The SSPX will one day be viewed as the heroes of the Church's darkest hour. Truthfully, those of the F.S.S.P. And the I.C.K.S.P. are indebted to those great priests and laity who kept faith in the 1980s, when the Church was at an all-time low.

Canon law teaches that if one were to consecrated a bishop for the survival of a priestly society, and not to set up “mission” or to set up a Parallel church within the diocese, there would Be no excommunication and no schism since he has not violated any laws
