How to grow Snake Plant from cutting (Sansevieria Zeylanica)

In this video i try to grow Snake Plant (Sansevieria Zeylanica) from stem cutting.
My Snake Plant (Sansevieria Zeylanica) leaf cutting produces adventitious (rhizomes/roots),
which is turn to offsets after the leaf cutting calloused.
Snake Plant (Sansevieria Zeylanica) is easy to grow and low to maintain.
According to Nasa it's one of the best plants for filtering the air
of formaldehyde, xylene, benzene, toluene, and trichloroethylene.
The plant, Sansevieria Zeylanica is often confused with Sansevieria Trifasciata
