Made a variation on this using an 8mm bead and three 20g wires. Turned out beautifully! Thank you for this tutorial!!! 🥰 (One of my fav bead pendants so far, couldn't have done it without this video!)
Very nice design!! I like that you do not deny there are difficulties. I can only imagine how difficult it is to explain what you are doing as you do it. I’m certain you will improve in that department . It’s very obvious you know what you are doing. Thank you for sharing your time and talent with others!!!! Sharing knowledge and artistry is a fantastic way to permit it to continue Thank you again Stay safe and healthy ❤️❤️❤️🌈🦋
This pendant is so beautiful. I just subscribed because you have given me such inspiration of what I can do with a few odd ball beads that I have. Thank you for your time and effort to show us your patterns.
Lol 😂 love this tutorial. Your description is great. You got me at "Congratulations" 🤣 I had to be sure to thumbs up at that point. I'm going to attempt this pendant, hopefully tonight! 🥰
Thank you SO much for this design, it is one of my favorites! I made it today with an unknown stone bead and copper wire; I will definitely work with it again!
Love this pendant very beautiful my favorite weave I'm not a weaver I want to learn and with your videos I think it might happen thank you for all your hard work I love your jewelry
Dear Judy, I am happy you like this weave 😊 Motivation is a good base to start from. Good luck with your first wrapping! Huge tip for beginners: Keep it simple to keep motivation up 😉
Very cool piece! ❤️ you did do a good job explaining, the only part that I got confused with was working with bale. I improvised and my first try turned out pretty good. Thank you so much for sharing your work. ✌️❤️ I really love the weave, I need some practice so this is a good piece to work at.
Your piece is beautiful. The challenge that I had was that at critical points, the work is completely off camera. Much of the video I couldn’t see what you were doing. I Could only go by what you were saying. I would love to see you remake the video because your piece is gorgeous!
Dear L4LLL, I know the video is not perfect and that I go off camera a couple of times. I will not remake this video in near future, I am afraid. But I will make sure to be less off camera and show details closer up in future videos. In the end, I only have limited technical possibilities to record such a video. And although it is not ideal, I still wanted to show you this design anyway.
I love this piece and surprisingly I was able to make something that approximates what you've done. The problem is when you join the two pieces of the bail. Each time you describe how to do the upper part, which is now upside down, you go off camera! I never see which direction you are wrapping the wire. I'm going to try it another way but the upper side is obviously done differently. Is there a reason you decided to flip the pattern on the upper leg?
Anne is a maverick with wire, if you want to complain about video quality go book yourself a real class in jewelry making. Thank you so much for taking your time to share this video with us!
You created a beautiful piece and you explained very well; the only thing I can say that I didn't like was that you kept going off of camera. But 3 🌟 for exceptional work
It's so beautiful ❤️🙏 love your way of explaining it all. I didn't quite get it when you weawed all the 8 together because you was out of frame but think I cut try it whit a sample😁 thank you so much ❤️
This piece is stunning! I am about two months into Wire Wrapping and currently following your tutorial, but am struggling with the connection at the beginning of the bail with the 8 wires. Is there a possibility of either a more thorough explanation, photos or video to better understand. I would love to see this piece through.
Dear Brittany, Connecting eight wires simply needs practise. This is not the first pendant of this design, and in the video, you do not see all the pendants where I could NOT manage to properly connect the 8 wires. Indeed, this is a critical step, and the best advice I can give to you is to simply try and try again. I currently have no more pictures or videos on this specific part. But I will keep in mind for future videos to make such bits better visible and explain them more. Also, welcome to the wire wrapping community!!
Can you please help me? I love this design, but I'm having trouble knowing where to start the weave. You said 10 cm or 2 1/2 inches, but 10 cm is almost 4 inches. Should I start at 10 cm or 2 1/2 inches? Thank you SO MUCH!
Very disapointed when reading comments and how often you go off screen. Love the looks of this piece but will not try to make something that I can not see entire tutorial. So glad I read the feed back ahead of time.
Hello again, I am sorry this tutorial is not ideal for you. I am a jewelry maker and not a professional film maker and only have limited technical possibilities to record jewelry tutorials. I wanted to show this design still, though. I will make sure future videos will show more details and be less off camera. But for now, this is all I've got for you.
Dear Annette, although I give a size for the bead it all boils down to what you have at hand yourself. You can have a larger or smaller bead and still use this design if you are not new to wire wrapping and already have some experience.
I find this design very easy to adjust to any size of bead. You just have to make the three-strand wire longer according to half the size of your bead.
At 25 minutes…. Where you're trying to show us how to join the one section to the next you go off camera so much it's impossible to see what you are doing…… go back to the front ... If I could see how you jump from the 1st section to the 2nd I could get the rest… I'm sorry but I'm extremely frustrated with this video I love the peace and I cannot figure out how to do the top part because you need to aim your camera a little bit higher in order to not go off camera every time you make a rap…… Love your work this is gorgeous but could you please do a little tutorial on how just to make that double piece come together please.. Was following along with the video and now I'm lost sorry
Dear Arwen, First of all, thank you for taking on my design :-) It is not easy, but feasable. I know this video is not ideal as I am off camera a lot and explaining in English which is not my mother tongue. I am currently not planning to make a video on how to join the ends. Also, this is not too difficult :-) You basically lay all wires next to each other and weave all of them together. If the video is not clear, try to improvise! Seriously! This is how I learned most of the designs I do. Don't let frustration get you down or my explanation hold you back. Wire wrapping is mostly about the fun! I am sure you will find your solution. If the final pednant does not look like mine does not matter. Also, I had quite a few trials and errors before this design was final ;-) Good luck!
@@annesjewelry952 Thank you for answering I was very frustrated when I wrote that… and I love your accent I'm thinking Northern Europe… I wish I spoke a second language as well as you do English
I've learned so much from TH-cam artists who go off camera frequently. If you can do it, think about what you're trying to accomplish and visualize it. This works for me. I love the video.
I would like to see the weave patterns better. This is my weak point. Everything else makes sense. You hide your wires like I do. I mostly do filligree work.
A great weave for showcasing a special bead. Thank you for sharing this. Making it tonight!

I love it. It's simple but elegant. Thank you so much for sharing. I can't wait to try this.
Welcome! I am happy you like the design...and have fun!

Ah, you just made my day! Thank you so much, Linda!!
This pendant is so beautiful. I just subscribed because you have given me such inspiration of what I can do with a few odd ball beads that I have. Thank you for your time and effort to show us your patterns.
You are welcome! Sometimes, a little inspiration is all you need :-)
Beautiful work! I can totally see someone getting compliments on this pendant when they are wearing it! ♥️
Aw, thank you so much! I feel very honoured :-)
So glad I found you. Your piece is so beautiful and you explain so well.
Thank you! I am glad the explanations are understandable both acoustically and literally :-)
Lol 😂 love this tutorial. Your description is great. You got me at "Congratulations" 🤣 I had to be sure to thumbs up at that point. I'm going to attempt this pendant, hopefully tonight! 🥰
Stunning design. Incredible flow! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! I am happy you like it :-)
Your explanations are great, actually and this was a lovely tutorial! Can't wait to try!
😊 I am happy it was helpful!
I love this design. I'm in the process of making my fourth one in different colors. I'm making mine with 20 ga wire, and it's working well. Beautiful!
This is fabulous! Don't think i could do it (I'm learning) but I love it!
Thank you for sharing this awesome tutorial 💖 It's such a beautiful pendant!
Thank you! And you're welcome! I am happy so many of you enjoy it!
Excellent tutorial with a stunning unique design ❤️
🙏 Thank you!

Beautiful and creative.. I never tried that intrcate design
Thank you!
You will have a huge following! Lovely.
:-D Thank you! Although I did not post much, lately. I have some new wire coils, though, so let's hope for the best!
Beautiful clean idea
Really nice piece, unusual, thank you for sharing..
Welcome! I am a bit surprised by all the positive feedback on the design :-D
Beautiful..so classy! I'm definitely giving this a try!

Neat! Improvising is the best solution if you cannot see/understand sth in the video. I will try and record the next one better...

Beautiful!
Excellent 🥰🥰🥰

Would have loved for you to keep on camera
:-)
You go off camera at the most confusing 😢part

10cm! And sorry for the misunderstanding :-) Thank you for pointing this out!
Thanks so much!

Can this be done with 20 gauge?
I guess so ... never tried it myself, though. I'd test it on a short piece of wires before starting a complete pendant ;-)
How many mm is the size of the bead hole?
...about 2mm if I remember well. Large enough for the wire, in any case.
I can barely hear you, my problem but what size bead are you using?
12 mm or 0.47 inches
Dear Annette, although I give a size for the bead it all boils down to what you have at hand yourself. You can have a larger or smaller bead and still use this design if you are not new to wire wrapping and already have some experience.

I'll try to make design this design if you don't mind
Of course, go ahead! That's why I put it online in the first place 👍
Sorry, but the weaving is off screen too much for me to follow along. It would help if you would zoom in a little.
Your work is beautiful.
Gets out of frame a lot but still good videos
Please try and stay in front of camara. Lost some vital moments of the wire wrapping.. love the pendant 💯👏🏾❤️

You keep going off camera
Yes. Sorry for that. I can do jewelery, but when it comes to filming, I am still learning.
Try to stay in view of the camera and speak up.
