I don't know of anyone who has showcased America as well as Robert does with every video. Consider supporting his channel. Netflix and amazon deliver smut. Robert's videos deserve better compensation and maybe even an award or two.

Definitely my number one episode of all you’ve ever made! And that drive… (hwy 12 or what you call it) beats the Brooklyn ride. And then the 24…
About the weather conditions: I’m of the opinion that you are especially lucky when it comes to it. Hazy day, windy or clear and sunny? Seems like even rain always comes in the right moment to make things even more interesting.
Anyway, your channel is my no. 1 of all!

Utah State Highway 12 is absolutely amazing! We pulled an R-Pod across New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah for the very first time. Kodachrome Basin was beautiful!
We got to the end of the loop, got out of the car, and I was bent over the hood, laughing so hard at a very particular sand spire. My wife and I now affectionately call it "C*ck On A Rock"!

Love watching all your Utah videos again. Utah is so beautiful! We are from GA and when I was 6, my dad bought a new truck 🛻 and we drove across the country from GA to CA! I don’t remember much but I love looking back at all the beautiful photos especially in Utah. We have relatives there so we stayed for about a week there and wherever you went, all you see are mountains 🏔 absolute breathtaking views!

Hi from lockdown in Saigon once again, R. It's 29 July 2021. After 6 weeks of Covid lockdown, it's going to be extended for another 2 weeks! Whew. Thank you for this most excellent video of Salt Lake City. This is the very first time I've seen a video on this city. And what an excellent one. You are a talented man. Thank you so much.

Love, love, love the "magic hour" lighting at the end as you're headed out of the park The clouds and the low-angled sunlight combine to make the landscape glow...fantastic!

Mr. Robert I want to thank you. You see I live alone with a back injury and before my injury I use to take road trips. I can no longer do that in the way I would like too , but because of you travel channel I am able to see our beautiful country. With your travel channel I feel as if I'm really there. Bless you.

Ahhh The Grand Staircase, Escalante. Been there several times. Particularly the hogback section driving with those drops on either side. Had to drive that in some rain with a spectacular lightning show. Saw it strike the ground in the distance as l was driving it. Quite unnerving but beautiful at the same time. Just one of those experiences that stick that landscape into your mind. Great hiking around there if you ever get back that way.

Hi Robert, thanks for the great videos. We recently discovered your channel and have been watching a lot of your videos. We enjoy how you show the places you are visiting and that it's not all about you. We do like seeing you though and all the info you provide on your locations. We recently started our own channel in Canada and have the same approach about the destination is what the viewer enjoys with a touch of personal life thrown in. Keep up the amazing work and safe travels

Love your videos! City Creek is a real creek. It flows into the Jordan River and then into the Great Salt Lake. It starts 8 miles up the City Creek Canyon northeast of downtown SLC. Also still amazes me that you took your rig on the Alpine Loop. Very impressive. We have a midsize car and it was so scary. Another one that is similar drive is called Nebo Loop.

Hey Robert, yet another great video and route!! I haven't been in Utah for years but love the places you touched on. Torrey, Utah has some of the most helpful and friendly business people I've met. When you stopped at the second RV park which was full and the manager/owner(?) called another park to see if they had an opening--well, that's classic Torrey hospitality.
State Route 12 is incredible--sorry you missed it in 2014 but you hit Goblin Valley SP which in my mind makes up for it. Amazed by the weather you hit driving Route 12. You didn't say whether or not you stooped at any of the signed scenic pullouts on Route 12 but all the signs I saw started with, "On a clear day you can see forever."
For your next trip in Utah :) -- when you took State Route 24 through Capital Reef, if you had turned south on State Route 95, you would have followed another incredible Utah road (although I think it works better south to north) and ended up in Blanding. The _best_ museum I know of showing Anasazi pottery is the museum at the Edge of the Cedars State Park in Blanding.
And after State Route 95, there are so many other things to see in Utah! It's an incredibly beautiful state--glad there are so many friendly people living there as the rest of us keep "invading" it. :)
    Safe Travels!!

I live here, close to the waterfalls (bridal veil) at provo canyon. You didn't stop by Sundance resort owned by Robert Redford (he recently sold it out). You could have gone to park city straight from provo canyon. Surprised you didn't see deers, there's a lot of them in the canyons. Too bad you came here during the wild fire that it obstructed your views.

Nice photo of you and truck out on the
salt flats. From what I recall a white bison
is rare and sacred to the Native American tribes. I’m not sure if you appreciated the
rock formation that resembled a buffalo at
the end of your hike when you stopped to
take a photo along Buffalo Point. 🦬

It cost about 2300.00 dollars more myself I always own a 4wd there’s been several times I was caught in snow storm or ice to me it’s worth the cost Oklahoma gets a lot of bad storms in the winter & spring.
Only vehicle of mine not 4wd is our class a motor home and we pull our 2010 Suburban which is 4wd.
Well it’s everyone’s desire as to what they want to drive 2nd or 4wd..
I guess in Florida 4wd you never get bad driving conditions like we do in Oklahoma & Texas but we do get hit hard when it does happen which is quite often.
