Hi Seth, Would keep the following fragrances for life, as always YMMV Amouage Gold Man Amouage Beach Hut Man Amouage Jubilation Dior Homme Perfume Estee Lauder Wood Mystique Nishane Hacivat YSL Kouros Chanel Egoiste Platinum Chanel Allure Homme sport & Extreme Chanel BDC EDP
Just wanted to say it’s been great to see how well your channel has been doing in such a short time! It’s a real credit to you. You thought about doing a q&a video? Bet you’d get lots of questions!
My recently purchased bottle of Jubilation XXV was delivered today. While I've only been wearing it for three hours or so, I've begun to form some opinions. Firstly I don't really get fruit at all. On my skin I get a dominant smokey incense vibe. To me it's Oud for Greaatness, ony better. I get a sense that the drydown will be worth waiting for. If I had to coin a single word to describe Jubilation XXV, it would be majestic. I think this is going to be a long-standing favourite and perhaps a signature scent. My other strong favourites are Xerjoff's Richwood and Ceylon and Nishane's Hacivat and Ani. I don't do designer fragrances any more. i got too fed up with the lacklustre performance. No more designers for me. Niche only from now on.
Fantastic list! Lucky enough to own most of these and I have to say my favourite is Amouage Reflection 45. It's just such a phenomenal scent and even though it may not project so much I actually don't care as the wearing experience is so nice! It's top tier!
Jubilation 25, scent-wise was one of my favorite Amouages but I didn't buy a bottle due to the recent abysmal performance. I recently got Jubilation 40 and now it is my favorite Amouage.
Hey keep up the good work My list - 1) Black Gemstone - my signature scent and it will forever stay in my collection 2) Tabac Dore Bortnikoff 3) Lyric Man 4) Royal Tobacco 5) Dark Lord by Kilian
Great choices! I'm quite a bit older than you and my must haves forever include some vintage fragrances that I managed to buy good amounts of back stock on: YSL Pour Homme first and foremost. Also Gucci Pour Homme (the original 1976 version) and vintage Guerlain Habit Rouge EDT. All three are absolutely stunning. As far as current releases, I'd have to choose current favorites Amouage Gold Man (drop dead gorgeous) and Nishane Pachuli Kozha (the most delicious scent ever!). And you're right, Green Irish Tweed is incredible!
@@SethFragrance I checked the Amouage website and it shows as out of stock. I hope it's not discontinued, although there are still plenty to be had at discounters and eBay. I'll have to grab a back up just in case!
Jubillation 25,40 smells like BO when you first spray it on. It evolves to something good but zero fruity. Cant explain but i liked it after about 20 minutes
1. The Night by Frederic Malle 2. Safari extreme by Abdul samad al Qureshi 3. Ombre nomad by LV 4. Amir 2 by Ajmal 5. Gold man by Amouage 6. Oud noir intense by Fragrance du bios.
19:36 I just got my first Xerjoff fragrance last weekend, and it's Naxos! I got it on sale from Amazon, for $213. I didn't even realize their other fragrances are more expensive, like the Tony Iommi one costs $275 for the 50 ml and I think that's the only size they make for that one. I really like it so far, but it does seem like a more sophisticated fragrance. It smells similar to black licorice to me at first. I made a pretty good find last week at TJ Maxx, when I found a 100 ml bottle of Bond No 9 New Bond St. for $225. I was mostly just excited to see a niche fragrance like that at a rack store! The only place I had even seen full Bond No 9 bottles in person was the mall, at the way overpriced fragrance kiosk. I already had a Bond No 9 sample pack, so it wasn't a total blind buy. I really enjoy the sweet cacao fragrance so far. I'm happy that I bought it.
I've been collecting for about 10 years. At one point, my collection was 300+. In recent years, I've narrowed it to my absolute favorites, at around 50. That said, these would be my 12 for life (b/c I couldn't stick to 10): 12. V&R Spicebomb Extreme - winter staple, wife loves it. 11. YSL Tuxedo - my go-to when hosting at home, or having dinner with another family 10. Mugler Pure Malt - heavy-hitter every Fall, wife loves it. 9. P. Rabanne 1 Million Prive - another Fall staple, my oldest daughter's favorite. 8. Amouage Interlude Black Iris - fits my personality perfectly, one of my top complimented. 7. BVLGARI Man in Black (OG) - so many memories with this, another top complimented. 6. Guerlain L'homme Ideal EDP - another go-to when I'll be socializing, top complimented. 5. Armani Acqua Di Gio Profumo - my top versitle pick, it just works anytime, anywhere. 4. PdM Herod - winter staple, and go-to when getting alone-time with the wife, one of her favorites. 3. Valentino Uomo Acqua - abysmal performance, but I just reapply often; my all-time favorite fresh-aquatic, I have several back-ups. 2. Cartier Declaration D'un Soir - my wife's no. 1 favorite fragrance on me. 1. Valentino Uomo Intense (2016) - my holy grail fragrance; nothing shall stand in my way when wearing this. EXPERIENCE YOUR FRAGRANCES!
6:52 I've been wanting to try those Bvlgari Aqva fragrances, and their Le Gemme ones too, because Jacques Cavallier designed them. I love his Louis Vuitton and Maison Margiela fragrances, so I really want to try his Bvlgari ones too! I really like Alberto Morillas and Quentin Bisch too. I have Kilian Born to Be Unforgettable and JPG Le Beau Paradise Garden.
1) Xerjoff Torino 21 2) Amouage Reflection Man 3) Amouage Jubilation 40 4) Amouage Beach Hut Man 5) Xerjoff Naxos 6) Nishane Wulong Cha X 7) Xerjoff JTC 400 8) Givenchy L’Interdit Intense (the black bottle) 9) Al Jazeera Capri 10) Xerjoff La Capitale 11) Ganymede 12) Oud Satin Mood 13) Xerjoff Uden 14) Armani Stronger with You
Yes it’s a fairly newer batch. I get good performance of about 8 hours longevity on skin but on clothes it lasts much longer! Older batches had better performance from what I remember

I got most on that list too but never sampled jubilation 25 or 40 and aqua amira but feel compelled to try !! Heard some really could things about nio and basso, really need to try them! Thank you for the kind words, really means a lot😊 if you like Naxos, you will love jubi 25 or 40
Frankly, I would only keep 4 for life. One of them is sadly discontinued, which is Dolce & Gabbana The One Luminous Night. The 2nd is D&G The One EDP. 3rd is Creed Silver Mountain Water. The 4th and last one isn't because I personally like it, but because nothing gets me compliments as much, Armaf CDNI Limited Edition EDP or Parfum.
Great I thought you had way more than that. I’m at 88 on my collection. I want to reach 150 maximum and minimum I want to be at 100. I think I’ll just go for 100 since I only need 12 to reach a 100. I have $14,500 on the 88 that I have right now
I have yet to try side effect. Narcotic delight was great when I sampled it. Absolutely love ombré leather and Dior homme (they just wouldn’t make it due to not enough wearings). Naxos is a 10/10 (in the list). Ani I liked but I prefer other fragrances for autumn/winter. One million lucky is my favourite from the million lineup, but can be too sweet sometimes
Creed is just a scam. I have had several scents from the brand, Aventus from the first batches in 2014. Last year a had a new bottle but it was so weak far from as potent as then. And all other scents of the house are the same weak rubbish. I now only have an older bottle of Royal Oud and i never buy anything from Creed anymore.
It’s hit or miss for me. Bois du Portugal and Viking last all day for me but Green Irish Tweed lasts 3-4 hours and Aventus and Aventus Cologne last 5-6 hours.
Green Irish tweed was phenomenal for 2 hours, thankfully I only had the sample, and that saved me nearly £300. So disappointing, because the opening utterly blew my mind. And I planned to just wear GIT for ever .
@@SethFragrance for the first 30 seconds. Then it becomes a beautiful complex woody iris. It took me a proper wearing to appreciate it. I think because you like reflection 45 and GIT you would get it.
Oh no, really?? Is it not anything to do with macerating for a while? I might have to pick up a new bottle and let it sit whilst I use the rest of my other bottle
Anything that has the words jubilation XXV on the front or side. If it’s on the collar of the bottle only, then it’s older batch. If you can find a non-magnetic cap that is ivory coloured, even better
@@SethFragrance hmm, i would say no. most people compare it to imagination but for my nose its not. the main note in the imagination is the black tea like 70% and you have a citrusy like 20% in the back. but the main thing is the tea note. The Zara Fragrance is a citrusy bomb. for me its the same citrusy as in the imagination but its 90% of the smell in the zara and the tea note misses completly. i think the imagination is best in 20-30 degrees. and the zara 30°+ degrees. i love them both, but i didn't compare them that much than other people.
No not really, as I said in the video this list is based on how likely I am to keep them based on how often I would wear them. It just so happens that the fragrances that i enjoy wearing the most also have a higher compliment factor, likely because they smell better and have better performance. I have a separate video talking about my top 10 most complimented fragrances, most of which do not feature in this video. Thanks for watching!

I keep getting you in my feed and I keep telling you..please warn n explain people about your number one few times now in diff.videos..your Jubilation xx5 practically doesn't have any sillage..aka scent trail-none..its a perfect skin scent, divine..it does not create 360 bubble, nor it projects more then 3-5 inches away from skin..you are stuck with sniffing perhaps one of the most perfect scents ever created to yourself- 4 inches away from your skin..lasting power 2-3 hrs at best then re apply.. its not cheap either..$ 250-$ 350..Amouage house is an amazing niche rivaled only by few, but your NO.1 just might be the weakest scent in their entireline up.. something to consider
That’s true but I still think 30 minutes is too long. The shorts are popular to a lot of viewers and he will increase his followers but again just my thoughts.
@@SethFragrance nah you got me. I have to try silver man now this one seemed like a perfect baby wipe to me. I wonder how much closer it can get. 😂 also, i am stuck between naxos vs overture man. Which one would you recommend?
I’d probably recommend Naxos as overture can be hit or miss for most people. I would suggest trying a sample of overture before committing to full bottle
Nah, you need to let your bottle age maybe - either that or you're shit and can't smell properly because everybody knows Naxos is amazing. The only problem is they push these perfumes out and don't give them time to age properly so you end up smelling something that's not yet a complete product...
@KS-vm6wf This is not true. I have a new 2024 batch, and it smells heavenly. The main issue is that people buy defective products from discounters. You get what you paid and many discounter products are defective and have no guarantee on quality. I only buy my fragrances from harrods, and every niche fragrance ends up having the promised performance and smell. People need to talk about how discounters is a bad gamble when buying expensive fragrances.
I’m 23 and been collecting since I was 16😂 I decant my fragrances to offset the cost in order to buy more, so I’m not left out of pocket. I also get the money from working hard
Arcabuz Why dont you talk about kids who are 20 and driving lambos?? In this world remember that the one who is poor and suffering is you, the rest have money, blame yourself.

9. MFK - Gentle Fluidity Gold
10. Mancera - Choco Violette
Great list!
Great vídeo
Thank you❤️
What year was the jubilation xxv reformulation?
Anything that has the words jubilation XXV on the front or side. If it’s on the collar of the bottle only, then it’s older batch. If you can find a non-magnetic cap that is ivory coloured, even better
I was anticipating something from the legendary Alessandro Gualtieri.
I've not tried any from them yet!
Surprised no mention of any Tom Fords
I do really enjoy bitter peach and F* Fabulous but apart from that I think for the price there are better options😊
1. Louis Vuitton - Imagination
2. Zara - Sunshine on the red sand dunes
3. Prada - L'Homme
4. Versace - Dylan Blue
5. PDM - Layton
6. Xerjoff - Naxos
7. V&R - Spicebomb Extreme
8. Louis Vuitton - Les Sables Roses
9. PDM - Althair
10. Molecule 01
Some really good picks in here💪🏼 is that Zara fragrance a take on imagination?
@@SethFragrance hmm, i would say no. most people compare it to imagination but for my nose its not. the main note in the imagination is the black tea like 70% and you have a citrusy like 20% in the back. but the main thing is the tea note. The Zara Fragrance is a citrusy bomb. for me its the same citrusy as in the imagination but its 90% of the smell in the zara and the tea note misses completly. i think the imagination is best in 20-30 degrees. and the zara 30°+ degrees. i love them both, but i didn't compare them that much than other people.
It sounds really nice, what is the performance like with the Zara one?
I wonder no body is cosidering Hermes tdh...
I enjoy that one, unfortunately not in this list though! Thanks for watching
So your list is for compliments. Got it
No not really, as I said in the video this list is based on how likely I am to keep them based on how often I would wear them. It just so happens that the fragrances that i enjoy wearing the most also have a higher compliment factor, likely because they smell better and have better performance. I have a separate video talking about my top 10 most complimented fragrances, most of which do not feature in this video.
Thanks for watching!
No Nishane, no Mancera? Think you missed a couple of stunning fracences
I have bottles of ani, hacivat, French riveria, tonka cola and aoud lemon mint. They just didn’t make the cut unfortunately 🥲
What's your favorite from Mancera, please ?
What's your favorite please?
What is your favorite please?
@@troecurov3 Tonka Cola
Boy jubilation 25 new batches are waterdowned a lot, the new batches are not as crazy as the old ones. Will try my luck with jubilation 40.
Luckily I found a good 2015 batch that has good enough performance. I agree though, the newer batches aren’t the same
Could it be a case of maceration? @@SethFragrance
Possibly
A few on my list mirror some of yours!🎉
GIT
Naxos
D&G: The One edp (& Luminous Night)
Others for me:
Amouage: Beach Hut Man & Journey Man
Dior Homme parfum

Chapters please.
Sure thing💪🏼
Do you bathe in your fragrances ? They all seem to have a good dent. Nice 👍
I decant them into small samples bottles and sell them on😊
hey bro, great list and video, just sub'd!
Thank you so much! Welcome to the channel😁
Indian weather will work
Yes
D&g the one is an extremely weak fragrance. Its like it has no smell.
The EDP is good enough for performance I feel
Indian weather
I hate when they change or water 💦 down the perfume.
I have witnessed bunch of STAR ✨ PERFUME DOMED IN A BLACK HOLE CALLED"IFRA"and"GREED"✌️
Yes it’s a shame when they make changes🥲 I think Amouage could be the next house to lower its quality with a potential takeover from L’Oréal
@@SethFragrance it's already there.
NOT CHANGED the formulation but water down perfume.
Amouge, of course. Btw, make videos under 20 minutes. It is much better.
Thanks for watching, I’ll take that on board for future videos😊

Great fragrances!!
My older batch seems to perform great, thank you for the comment and the watch!
Enjoyed your list but your video is to long. Just my opinion.
Thanks for the feedback! I’m still going to continue with some of these longer videos but I will definitely make shorter ones too😎
There is this magical red circle you can press on that lets you skip through the video.
That’s true but I still think 30 minutes is too long. The shorts are popular to a lot of viewers and he will increase his followers but again just my thoughts.
Agreed, 34 minutes for 10 fragrances is INSANE, probably the reason why I won't subscribe or watch future videos
Imagination didn’t make the list?
It was close! I do really enjoy it
You have said "OH MY GOD" so may times, as a Christian it is offensif!!!
I was interested in watching your video and turned it off!!!!
I’ll make sure I reduce the amount of times I say it for future videos😊
That lyric man smells like a wet wipe to me honestly.
Wait until you try silver man😂 I thought lyric smelled a little like dove hand soap but the opening of silver man is very close to baby wipes
33 minutes?? Really?
What’s the problem?
Naxos is overrated by influencer 😢
Yeah it is very hyped up. Personally, I love it and really like to talk about this one
❤
💪🏼
Another kid with 2000$+ fragrance collection. Do you guys go broke in order to bring these videos?, where do get the money?
I’m 23 and been collecting since I was 16😂 I decant my fragrances to offset the cost in order to buy more, so I’m not left out of pocket. I also get the money from working hard
@@SethFragrance remember to put some money aside to eat and pay the rent!
Sure thing🫡
Arcabuz Why dont you talk about kids who are 20 and driving lambos?? In this world remember that the one who is poor and suffering is you, the rest have money, blame yourself.
