Should I put the all the forms (Original form I-589 for judge, copy of it for government attorney, and the second copy which is for my records) in one envelope? I am confused with it.

Thank you for your question and for being part of ASAP’s community! If you are applying for asylum and you have a case in immigration court, you can find specific information about how to send your application forms here: help.asylumadvocacy.org/faqs-asylum-application/#immigration-court
Generally, the office of the government attorney is at a different address from the immigration court, so you will need to send their copy to them in a separate envelope. And when you send the judge's copy and your copy to the immigration court, be sure to include a extra envelope inside the package that has postage paid and your return address on it, so that the court will stamp your copy and mail it back to you as proof that your application is filed.

But nebraska service center did not send my biometric appintment so can i apply i765 for work authorization? Without biometric appointment ?

Thank you for your question and for being part of ASAP’s community! Asylum seekers can generally apply for a work permit 150 days after submitting an asylum application. If 150 days have already passed but you have not received your biometrics appointment yet, you can still submit a work permit application. You will eventually need to complete a biometrics appointment to continue with your asylum case, but you do not need it to apply for a work permit.
