This is the old traditional Lebanese Dabke....This was one of our first dances that we learned about 3 years ago. We are a traveling group and preform at weddings and other events.
but I will definitely slowly work on it. and wow I just noticed how many thumbs up I got on that comment above I made with my other channel "IAMTUBIN", 2 years ago I've posted that, time flys! i got ur msg today on my iamtubin channel so here i am commentin with my official dabkeh channel. keep doin your dabkeh footwork, practice and repitition of practice is what will make you do that fancy stuff! bein fancy with the basic moves makes those moves FANCY! trust me
true, in general dabke is the art of stomping your feet to the ground at a certain pace, but that dosnt deny that there is much more creative dabke than this
THIS IS PURELY DABKEH, I am Muslim Palestinian, but I give respects to all arab out there that do Dabkeh, as well as whoever else wants to learn it and know about it, but Traditional Dabkeh is what made Dabkeh 1st. We shouldn't be comparing & dissing out each other. As much as I love my culture, I keep it as smooth as possible. I teach both traditiona l& modern dabkeh along with traditional & modern Music. Dabkeh is KILLA! I love exposing the Arab Culture especially because I am Palestinian
basics are important so good stuff!, gettin fancy is all about freestyling first hopefully I will be posting up tutorial videos some day as I planned for a couple years now lol, it's time consumption that makes it hard for me especially because I edit videos and want to make sure it's informational and produced well, I don't have that time anymore
your right walahy,,anyone can turn a into a religion buut never turn himself into a background or heritage..I believe all arabs are the same,,the culture, language and morals unite us all
... I was just in Lebanon, and no one danced the dabke like that. Maybe that's the formal way or the professional way or something, but watching it there? It was less complicated and more alive. No offense, you put a ton of work into that dance. It shows and it's awesome, but my family (and other families I saw in Lebanon) just didn't do the debke like that.
I keep getting people saying this is dabke and this is not dabke. this is a very old traditional dance, if you research it, it was done like this. this is not a modern dance nor is it the dance where you hold hands in a circle. this is dabke people need to get there facts straight Lebanese or not
this is the traditional and original dabke, theres nothing with the exclamation marks, its just everytime we say were from lebanon popele think were muslim.
Whether theyre muslim or not, they can dance. Im guessing you have never done the dabke before? I always se plenty of veiled women doing the dabke. Does that mean theyre all going to hell because theyre in a dabke line? Anyway, thanks for the vid, its nice to see where things like this originated from, although i do like the current one better :P
first of all how do u know those poeple dancing are moslims,,lebanese r christians and moslims united. Second of all how should moslims look,,moslim is from your heart not what u wear. Just to let u know iam not lebanese, am egyptian
ya habibi there is no 1st place or 2nd place or anything, everyone has their own style of dabke, it depends on the person. also dabke is one of the only things that unites us arabs together..
guess what u just got reported. lil rugrat. another thing, we Muslims well always populate so how much u wish for our detah the more we will spread and increase. after all, thousands convert to islam yearly.
buddy listen im a Lebanese Muslim and I will not tolerate ANY1 making a difference and trying to separate the people in MY country. Yes we have different religions SO WHAT! that is God's place to judge no1 else! we are Lebanese thats all that matters! United we stand divided we fall! and we must unite! stop looking back move forward
When he said Jesus is Muslim he meant in the sense of the word Muslim..what does Muslim mean? It means a person who submits theirself to the will of God, a person who bows down to God, so in some sense of the word yes Issa Al Meseeh (A.S) is a Muslim he submits to the will of God :)
nooo Lebanese are Lebanese we arent all Arabs...thats the problem these days ana Im Lebanese Muslim and I am Lebanese before anything, religion is for the house for ur own privacy, we need to unite & remember we are Lebanese not Arabs lol, we are more Medit.. based like Italy and Greece, not Arabic
