Well yeah because they are just Arabized Arabs, Arab in by language and culture but not ethnicity. Although they have largely adopted the Arab culture and most have adopted Islam, there are still some parts of the ancient culture that shows, things like dance, olive farming, and the traditional embroidered dress.
I recently took part in a dabke at a Palestinian wedding. My goodness I had such a blast learning the moves, even though I don't think I did very well! Its really interesting to see how many cultures around the world share in the concept of a circular group dance, it must have some significance. As an Afghan I find that this is the similarity between our cultural dance the attan and the wonderful Arabic dabke. I have truly fallen in love with this dance!
There is no ignoring fot the non Muslims, specially the Christians , I'm Palestinian Muslim and I have christian friends with me at the university and neighbors and we live together respecting each other :)

The truth is that the what called Arabs in Palestine, Lebanon and Syria are arabs in their language only. Palestinians and Greeks are very close in culture and tradition especially the christian palestinians.
I saw one group like this in my town, they were awesome! We all enjoyed, danced. It was really jolly. Loved the way they presented their culture to us. Btw, one guy from this group in the video looks the same like a Palestinian guy I took picture with. :)

hey listen lebanese syrian and palestinian are the SAME,they was 1 country until all separated,but all of them cheer the same roots.even when they're dancing a lebanon song the meaning is the same,what it care here that they are dancing GREAT and having such good time,good live palestinian all of you deserved have a such great time

he could not have been a Palestinian because the Romans did not change the name of the roman province of Judea (and roman syria) to Syria-Palestina yet. besides the concept of a seperate palestinian nationality did not exist until after the rebirth of israel in 1948.
