    Would love to know if you liked the video - a slightly different format to what I normally put out.
    This video was recorded with the Nikon Z6, testing out the 4K recording - can you tell the difference??
    Thanks for watching.

    I think you should have the darker pictures on the left the slightly lighter in the middle and the daytime one on the right, and make that into a panorama, to create a time gradient

    Hi Paul, and greetings from The Great White North. Another great tutorial. I am really enjoying your channel and learning my new hobby. Question regarding focus…you comment that you generally use MF, and you set the focus on the middle of the image. Would this not put the extreme edges of the photo out of focus? Could you refocus with each frame, or does that risk getting the panorama out of alignment?
    Thanks, and thanks for all the very helpful tips….keep them coming!

    I've got a question about using manual focus for this pano. You said you start in the middle of the bridge and set your focus there but then you take the first image at the far end and work to the right. Wouldn't you have to adjust your focus for each shot to ensure it's sharp before taking the photo? Having a small aperture (F11) will allow for some wiggle room since it gives you a larger depth of field but was it enough so that you didn't have to adjust your focus for each photo? Thanks for another great tutorial.

    • @photogenius
      @photogenius  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adjusting the focus between shots is not ideal as you may see the joins in the images. Setting the aperture at F11 and the fact that the subject is further away should give ample depth of field to make it work.
      Thanks for watching.

      Although you can get panorama tripod heads, all you really need is a head that can be rotated without moving the position of the camera. Some tripods heads may include a sprit level which can also be useful (but not essential).
