You did the Air Brake test wrong. Step 1 turn the key to on, step 2 release parking brake, no more than 2 psi loss in 1 min. Step 3 push and hold pedal in for 1 min and no more than 3 psi loss. Step 4 pump brakes down buzzer and light should be on at 60 psi (I did not hear a buzzer at 60?). Keep pumping and between 40 and 20 psi the parking brake should pop out.

On that particular vehicle is the air compressor belt or gear driven?
