This guy has written nearly every pop song for the past 20 years. i dont think he will ever get enough credit, I would love to meet this man. I would love to have him as my mentor.

actually if you put together a few chords and if the bass sounds nice ( it kind of makes its own melody) , then you can sing on top of that, at least 3 different melodies. If only those chords and bass tell you something. and of course, the drums will tell you how to sing. It's all about your capability to feel what works and what a chord progression "sings to you"...

He's more influential than Mozart.........Max literally created the rule book for modern pop music. More popular composers have adapted their way of writing to Max's philosophies than they have to any other classical composer in history.
When you break down Mozart's compositions, they are actually less innovative and complex than Max and Denniz's music. Mozart's complexity is accessible, the number of notes per measure, the extravagant chord progressions, etc, it's viewable from the outside.......Anyone with a basic understanding of composition will see this as "complex" (which is why so many snobs and academics praise it so highly....because they don't have the lens necessary to observe pop music. They view things as is, they don't look beyond),.......The complexity in Max's music is hidden, only accessible to those who analyze it for themselves, instead of taking some dumb college classes that spoon-feed you info on ancient composers.
