- Ever heard about this hidden Museum in the narrow streets of Bormla ?!
Thousand years of history gathered together (and still being explored) under one roof. Yes all this in BIR MULA.
We were very lucky to be invited by the owner of this Museum, John Vella, who kindly explained how he discovered this house and all this aura about it ...
What he found during his excavations, all the ancient and old memorabilia, and the UNIQUE items are simply jaw-dropping.

@@ConradNeilGatt Yes. there's so many eras represented under one roof ...physical evidence. an archaeologists dream. They have so much to recover and reveal..I would work there for free. On a separate subject...the name. 'Bir' means well for water. mula? I know God is Alla in Maltese...but I've also heard people say moolay instead of God. What does 'moolay' mean? ...I can't spell it correctly but it's pronounced moo-lay.

Conrad thank you very much for your latest vlog with the brilliant assistance of John the curator of this fascinating museum which is not advertised as it should be.If the local or central governing bodies or not even heritage Malta do not give any assistance to this place it is scandalous in my opinion. I’m sure one of these bodies can allocate some funds to keep this place of local and national heritage going and remind present and future generations and of course show and share with all visitors to our island.The artefacts ,resources,relics and archeological finds in this house are so diverse and tell the history of the place through the different ages.I never heard and knew that this magnificent place existed in If I have the opportunity to visit I definitely will even I was born and raised in B Kara.Conrad an appeal need to be started for government assistance and private sponsorship to keep the place well maintained.Grazzi SS🖐🏻🇲🇹

Enjoyed this video tremendously. Maltese historians should start making professionally produced documentaries about Maltese history like other countries do and in English or with English captions so foreigners will be able to understand.
