To me, Neptune is something that can be felt and not always expressed or proved verbally as very few in this world dare to say, listen, discuss, or accept clearly whatever they feel. And this could be the reason, Neptune is generally vilified. Sometimes It's above our belief system and nobody wants to feel against their inherited belief system, against whatever they learned since their birth, or against whatever they think is true.
Just for the record...in Hindu astrology Neptune in 3rd house refers to psychic abilities, not being crazy!

It wasn’t until after my Sade Sati that I first realized my Mom actually did love me. Since the age of 4 I did not FEEL like she neither liked or loved me. No, she didn’t burn me with cigarettes or keep me tied in a basement. She just wasn’t comforting like I needed. Always mad, I felt she cared more about everyone else and her image more than me. And all I wanted was her attention and approval; even still at 37.

In Kabbalistic astrology the second sephira, Chochma, God's wisdom is associated with Neptune. It emanates from Kether, the first one, the Absolute. It is the masculine/ yang head on the yin pillar of Mercy. From it emanates Binah, the feminine/yin head on the pillar of severity, associated with Saturn. Neptune is God's wisdom, while Jupiter is God's mercy.

I've been having Neptune transiting my 9th house. I think my experience with this transit is that I've been having downloads of informations in regards of what we all need to look at when we need to heal from diseases. It's not just food, water, medicine. exc. Rather our relationship to earth/Gravity. "Law of Gravity is the physical form of law of Attraction" If this quote seems fogy it is because of the Neptune energy.

I have Neptune in 12th in Pisces in Navamsha and in 3rd in Scorpio conjunct Mars in Rashi. I feel so much because its in my lower body+higher in Navamsha. I can feel more in mystical experience than in actual 3d relationships sometimes. Neptune also represents the maintenance in the chart. Afterall God is asking for us to see us all as His children in equal vision. 🙏 As wild as that is...Thanks again for a great video 😊 Also my relationships with my younger siblings are full of illusion. Both of my brothers work in drug trade. My sister hasn't spoken to me in a year and it is very painful. Then again this helps our vision for what the Creator is asking for while breaking our heart.

Awe! Love seeing James! He read my chart many moons ago when first learning Vedic astrology. He’s very awesome and insightful!
And I would highly suggest to also look at the navamsa chart to see how the individual’s Neptune matures over their lifetime…where they are meant to go with Neptune’s lessons, albeit less personal in nature. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto often reflect, imo, how a person’s generational cultural experiences effect the psyche in more subtle ways. The Nakshatras in both natal and navamsa give deeper insight into the hidden spiritual or delusional aspects going on in the life chart with Neptune.
My chart has Neptune in the 5th and co-ruling the 9th. Father died of cancer (Neptune and Jupiter seem to rule cancer). No problem having children except for miscarriage before. Yet my first child needed tons of detoxing. I went there b/c it was my karma. The second child needed a little detoxing too but so far, not many signs of addiction just b/c we don’t do shame and have an open rapport. Neptune moves into 8th in my navamsa. I am detached as you said. Neptune in the 8th did not detract at all from receiving and managing well an inheritance or from receiving aid in the divorce. BUT, Neptune is the only thing in natal or navamsa in 8th house of chart. The financial reception came after long journeys of spiritual evolution. Materialism is not part of the equation. And with it being in Hasta in navamsa, the inheritance came after a long spiritual journey of healing with mother and then her subsequent death, and then divorce came after second/surrogate mother died and themes of abuse weren’t addressed and the karma ran its course. But Neptune doesn’t dissolve these things so much as any things coming along these lines must have a deep spiritual component or else it will dissolve easily. Being detached is good but also natural with Neptune in 8th IF it’s the only planet there like James said.
My astrologer friend of 30 plus years also has Neptune in the 5th, but with rahu and Venus. They did not have children. It’s in Swati natally ruled by rahu and then moves into 8th house moola in navamsa. They are very detached from material things also, but great at astrology with this heavy rahu-Ketu influence on their Neptune in 5th to 8th. Neptune is also only thing in 8th and only in navamsa similar to my own- of course we bonded over astrology lol
My friend who has Neptune in the 2nd in Vishaka came from an alcoholic family growing up. 2nd house is also family. And with this nakshatra, violence and abuse from the alcoholism. In the navamsa, it moves to the third house in Krittika. Once they cut out these siblings in adulthood who chose to still be drug addicts or alcoholics, the deeper spiritual nature of connecting/communicating with the other siblings not addicts started to evolve. But with Pisces ruling the navamsa and Jupiter in Ashwini in 2nd house, they can have cutting speech and it comes out faster than they want it to lol. Spiritual person, but slightly ADHD imo.
The most spiritually evolved person I have ever met has Neptune in 12th in Annuradra and it moves to the second in Hasta in navamsa. They speak a great deal of motherhood and that is their karmic path and their own mother’s side of the family left a small inheritance. But her path is motherhood and one of the most maternal people I’ve ever met: not just of me and her family but long before she had kids. The Dali Lama has Neptune in the 10th but it moves into the 12th (in Hasta or Chitra) and again reflects a deep spiritual component to life with Neptune In 12th (and also being forced to live abroad away from motherland of Tibet with the Dali Lama.)

Jim, I got Ne in 3rd and my relationship with siblings is sour and one of the sibling was and might be into drugs.
My wife has Ne in 7th and she had to go through divorce. She couldn't figure out what the hell does he want, her ex was cold, elusive, night worker, private, secretive finally she gave up after 1 year of arrange marriage.
My 2 yr kid has Ne in 11 and we will keep him away from hippie type friends... Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

I have a hard time also not seeing Neptune as nor a higher octave of Venus. Ketu is cutting therefore Mars like in nature but also boundary desolving like Shukra because of having roj yog status in 12th. In the trio of Uranus Neptune and Pluto as Generor Operater(maintenance) and Destroyer or GOD principle Neptune as Venus makes more sense. Pleasure that is beyond the calculations of mind and upsetting to materialistic favoritism.

This is all so silly. I have Neptune conjunct the ascendant less than half a degree. Neptune is also trine the Sun. But I am very practical, balanced, don't get caught in by anything, be it mysticism or conspiracy, not at all. I can be generous but within healthy boundaries. Not artistic at all, never even listen to music. This is all very wrong, the things that are told in this video, I feel like I have wasted my time, listening to them. 😁
