There are alot about this topic in youtube and google .actually basic is simple if you dont have any issue in your body(bp,diabetes some common now a days) then stay at 8hours eating window and balance 16hrs no food only water .just do 1month you will see huge change in your body (energy level,mindfulness,clarity on brain(focus).low carb diet actually dont eat veg which grows underground and eat above grown veg,reduce rice based foods in quantity.completely avoid sugar actually main prb its processed kills all you god gifted body.when you reduce rice product you have balance the hunger by adding vegetables, meats,fish protein stuff which makes you full while fasting
understand the concepts and make your own meal plan... it is not a rocket science... track your macros and micros by recording your food intake in a tracking app...
