Ultimates hitboxes are far wider than it looks just by their animations.
Also, Cell has kinda of a wide hurtbox as well.

what emulator are you playing on? the game runs super smooth on yours im using pcsx2 and getting some skipping any tips?
PCSX2 is the *only* PS2 emulator available.

Curious question, do you have all characters at lvl 99? And does leveling up increase how crazy the aura gets?? Just curious if leveling up makes the lightning on certain forms much more crazy
The aura is the same
No, I don't, but I could quickly if I wanted to.
Leveling up the "Ki" section decreases the amount of Ki needed in order to perform various actions, it does *not* change the aura of the character itself.
