No they were eliminated in the Egypt Cup 2004 in the round of 16 by Ghazl Mehalla on penalties. There is a page named RSSSF where all the results in football history are listed.
Ira man I know it's stupid because if you want to know what real Mexican football looks like then look at the Chivas de Guadalajara which represents the hard-working class of Mexico.
@@Alex-cr3pk Yep, plenty of good talent of which have come out of their academy like Javier Hernandez. Most people know Guadalajara and Club America though, even Tigres have some good players like Gignac and Varquez
You mentioned Linfield when talking about Olimpia, so why didn't you put them on the list? 51 league wins (only bettered by Rangers with a world record 54), a quadruple, 3 trebles, 23 doubles (a world record), won the northern Irish cup 42 times, won the league cup 9 times, 43 County Antrim shields, 24 Belfast city cups, 15 Ulster cups, 35 gold cups, 4 all-Ireland cups, reached the European cup quarter finals in 1966/67, had some of the best Northern Irish managers ever in David Jeffrey and Roy Coyle (62 trophies between them) and are still relatively unknown. How were they not the number 1 on this list?? I'll clarify now that I'm actually a Carrick Rangers fan so I don't even like Linfield but I massively respect them for what they've for northern Irish football both domestically and internationally. They most definitely should have been on this list if not number 1 UPDATE: Linfield have recently won their 44th County Antrim Shield, 52nd Northern Ireland premiership and 43rd Northern Irish cup (a 4th treble)
I don't think Linfield belongs to this list, Olimpia has fewer national championships, but has won 8 international trophies, including 3 Libertadores (the South American Champions League) and 1 world title.
Jonny Dornan 33 Points mate. Thirty Three. Just you wait until the 12th mate. Good luck against Hamilton, you're probs gonna need it considering the form you're in.
Football Daily Cant believe you didnt feature Red Star Belgrade. CL win, club world cup win, dominates the domestic leagues and cups, somehow no ones knows who they are. They should get featured
Did you know that Crvena Zvezda and Steaua have more UCL trophies than PSG, Atletico, Arsenal, Tottenham, Man City, Lyon, Napoli, CSKA, Galatasaray, Valencia, Sevilla, Sporting Lisbon, Zenit and Shakhtar Donetsk together?
America and Chivas aren´t the only teams to not get relegated. They both have spent the most time in the mexican top flight since they´re really old teams, but other teams like Pumas UNAM and Cruz Azul have also never been relegated.
KennethTucker actually the correct term for both America and chivas is that both have never played in the second division. But Cruz Azul is close to relegation. I don't want them to get relegated because no clasico joven
I get what you´re saying, but Football Daily mentioned "America and Chivas being the two clubs to never have been relegated". Not only Pumas and Cruz Azul not been relegated, but also i think Toluca, Tijuana and Chiapas ( though these last two have a total of 10 and 15 years of existance).
I just looked it up and no these teams have not been relegated :) though for context for people who don´t know how relegation works in Mexico, only one team goes down every year, making it more unlikely to go down.
Olympiakos is very underrated, they have won the domestic league title (Superleague Greece) like 44 times. Back in the day, Yaya Toure and Rivaldo both played for Olympiakos at the same time. With a squad like this, they managed to win Iker Casillas' Real Madrid in a champions league game.
Kipster I do. And so do you. There's no bullshit in there, especially in South American club football. European football has become an oligarchy for multi-billionaire clubs. The football is great, but there's no passion in it.
Kipster they don't belong to the oligarchy, they're exceptions allright, but they are nowhere near in a position of challenging the European elite in the Champions League (Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern, Juventus, PSG and so on). And even If they produce a world class season, most of their players, and possibly the manager, would be sold to the oligarchy.
"Clubs you didn't know existed"..and then you put Rosenborg BK in it...we all know that warriors from Norway...I am from Croatia, and everyone know about them.
By the criteria you just showed, I might add Club Olimpia from Honduras. 32 championship Liga Nacional, the only team to win the league 4 times in a row, never relegated. The only Honduran team to win CONCACAF'S championship cup (now CHAMPIONS LEAGUE) 2 times. Recently the first CONCACAF's League champion. The only team in CONCACAF to have qualified to all of the CONCACAF's CHAMPIONS LEAGUE editions since its rebranding and change of format.
How is Club America unknown??? I'm pretty sure that alot of people have heard of them, so why are they on this list? I figured that this was the reason why DC United made the list but LA Galaxy didn't. America fans shouldn't be happy to lead this list, they should be upset that this list is saying that the Galaxy are more well-known than America.
John Campbell but they've got to the European cup quarter finals in 1966/67 and beat Copenhagen 3-0 in 1993/94, they're still the most successful club in Northern Ireland by far, most of these clubs are very well known around the world but Linfield is still relatively unknown considering what they've done for Northern Irish football both domestically and internationally
Hmm I can think of a few more. Red Star Belgrade, and I suppose you could also include clubs that were huge once upon a time but have faded into relative obscurity now, like Start and Pro Vercelli.
Atletico Nacional are also known as they were to play the final of the Copa Sudamericana in 2016 (Europa League of South America) against Chapecoense, when the plane of the latter crashed. They decided to not play the final and give the trophy to Chapecoense. They were awarded the fair play trophy for that.

Shalalalalala oooooo ROSENBORG, Shalalalalala oooooo Rosenborg. To anyone that say that they dominated a small leage: they defeated AC Milan 2-1 on San Siro in a game AC Milan needed points to qualify to the quarterfinal in Champions Leage. A AC Milan team consisting of amongst other Baresi, Maldini, Ambrosini and Bagio in their start eleven. They also defeated Real Madrid in the group stage of CL in 97, a few month later that Real Madrid team won the whole tournament. It should be stated that Rosenborg also have some of the worst defeats in the history of Champions leage. :P They wanted to play their attacking football no matter if the opponents was Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu or a club in the Norwegian 4th division. Sometimes that ended really badly. :)
I lived in Bahrain for a year and can tell you first hand al muharraq stadium is TINY. I honestly thought it was just a youth rec center for the longest time. Every time I drove by it to go to the Muharraq mal it was occupied by children lol.

America here in Mexico is known for introducing some legends to Liga MX , but they’re more known for “stolen” titles , the more famous one against pumas back in the 84/85 season I think (correct me if I’m wrong ) , and el clásico i think belongs to America vs pumas who have confronted in finals 3 times .
I can't believe Asante Kotoko couldn't make it in the number 7. They were the African club of century. They have played more Africa cup champions cup won 2. Produced great player like Osei Kofi, Razak (African best player).
I'm glad to see Club America here 👌 I'm a big fan of the club. How ever I think the title could be a bit different to now sound offensive lol
Actually Reinaldo Rueda is Atletico Nacional manager, Yepes manages Deportivo Cali
I must be a nerd, I knew 8/10 on there
Great video! There´s one mistake regarding Atlético Nacional: Mario Alberto Yepes isn´t, and has never been, related to this club. He was the manager of Deportivo Cali, another colombian team, where he also played during his youth.
I aready knew Kaizer Chiefs, DC United and Club America existed, but didn't know about any of their success stories.
Thank u finally Dc united has made it in one of these videos
that's why Bendtner joined Rosenborg
Muharraq dominating since 1928 .
Alriffa is better
