Its so much easier to watch this show on youtube with out all the CBS reports commercials. Cant even open the CBS news website in the morning. It just takes for ever to open. So I just stop trying. It better here on youtube.

This is NOT a waste of $$ 😠Every human being has a different bio chemical make up. It's about setting someone up for success re: their health. There is ALOT that goes into why someone eats the way they do. Food, as with medication, affects every other aspect of health. Lastly, for the love of God, more compassion here please 🙏

I'm going on 5 years whole foods. No Junk food or fizzy drinks. I did 100 sit ups in 2 sets yesterday. And 50 squats today. I'm 59 today and feel great. The only dope I'm on. is my coffee with flavored coffee creamers from International Delight with sugar.

This is super exciting! Hopefully they publish markers they used and then we can compare the result to maybe ancestry DNA tests or something like that.

For years I’ve often had my shares of how much I eat at the Thanksgiving table, and it can be quite a lot. Sometimes I often refer to that hilarious MADtv sketch with Phil LaMarr, Michael McDonald, Nicole Sullivan, and Debra Wilson, where Phil’s character eats so much dinner, that he turns into a wild and hungry maniac, who can’t seem to get enough Thanksgiving food.
Not only do I refer to it, but it helps me to not eat so much at the table, for sure. Thanks, Phil! And miss you, MADtv!

How about fix the US food system. Majority people will not follow this because without the study you can do it now. $170 million is ridiculous cost for just 1 study.

What a waste of money --- ridiculous. How about finding a natural replacement for fructose that does not have health consequences?

This is such BS. Those guidelines have not been based on "averages" I'm sorry to say, but on whatever industry is paying the most for their biased studies to receive the most weight.

Trump needs to defund the NIH waste spending of taxpayers money for a study that goes nowhere. We already know what to and not to eat for health. Cut off funding

A $170 million study? I can’t wait for Elon and Vivek to take an axe to this ridiculous waste of taxpayer money!
