Tightening the shaft sleeves by “hand” is a great way to completely destroy your “newly” rebuilt pump. Water damage will immediately destroy the rotating element when suction pressure is applied. Let me ask, how exactly do you tighten the sleeves with a spanner wrench after you reinstalled the dome? You can’t. Hahahaha, oh Peerless…thank you for keeping people like me in phenomenal business servicing your equipment. Altogether, great video! You tried. Sincerely, a dumb pump guy
Main products: sealing gasket, gland packing,PTFE/graphite/asbestos products, ceramic fiber products, high temperature heat insulation and fireproof material. Free technical support (sealing, heat preservation, heat insulation, fire prevention problems) All products 1 piece can also be customized, 30 years of service experience, fast and safe shipping anywhere.
You must completely remove the casing and start the process over. Tap the pins up through the case top end exit. Lubricant the pins then align and reinstall with wood pins that can tap out of place with the scheduled pins. Hope that helps
Hello I wanted to make an inquiry of how much is the measurement of the packing rings and the measures of the asparagus bolts for the pushing of the packing
Hi.... sir how are you. I want to know about the split case fire pump for pressure adjustment how to adjust pressure in control panel please upload video clip
Very nice video. I don't see the mechanical seal in here. The "mechanical seal" is actually bearing housing. Also the order of instruction is not right which may confuse the beginner.

Whats the end float supposed to be on one of these pumps?
We use tube pumps that don’t require any maintenance. Average life is 15 - 20years. Water cooled and lubricated. Operators love them.
Our pump has similar performance as Peerless, but still need to learn more from you, thanks for sharing, very professional
