The puffins at Runde hatch around June, 1st. The exact date depends on the availability of food. Then you can do BIF with fish in their beaks.
There is a cliff north of Rundebranden where you get a good view of one Gannet nesting area. If you go by boat, do it after 18 since there will be sunlight on the Gannets.
An alternate site in Norway is Hornøya, Vardø. It will be even more spectacular.

Is this Cotton Carrier good for sigma 150-600mm? Isn't it too heavy ?

Definitely not too heavy, I’ve even seen people use it with 600 f/4’s, you simply attatch the mount to the lens foot
