The recipe appam u used sooji instead of sooji try idli rava it's more taste good before I used to do with sooji after this addition tastewise..... idlirava was more good

This quarantine time has made me so confident and i feel proud of myself as i work from home and also do household work, although my husband helps me with cooking but still feeling positive..So I believe each phase teaches you something..Stay home and stay safe everyone..☺️

I love Brown chana too, made yummy side dish for Thatte Idli last week. Left or right handed, we are who we are, shouldn't try to change! Amazon has Iwatani Takoyaki grill or cheaper Aebleskiver pan, Norpro or Lodge ones. I have it, have to season first, use more oil, bit harder to take them until seasoned but get crispy appes.
