Sattu mein Grated garlic aur ginger jaroor daaalna .. yeh Dono sattu ki jaan hain saath mein bilkul baarik kata pyaz aur dhaniya patta … aur ek important ingredient lemon juice .. Tabhi taste aata hai 😍😍
And onion too. You can put achar masala ( ready made masala packet you get in mumbai rambandhu, kepra, bedekar and then hot oil)

Suchi, try sattu avocado sandwich. In my manual chopper, I add 1 tbsp sattu, 1 avocado, onions, green chilli, a little bit of yogurt, salt/black salt. Delish !!!!!

Oh gosh you won't believe just today i was thinking of jowar atta and thinking of asking you if you like or even tried - like once you had bought some such attas in PG - but then i didnt as i know herw whatever we get its not going to be anywhere as fresh as india n these attAs tend to get bitter in just few weeks after grinding which i cant stand at all pura bajri atta i threw out last time for this reason!
For this reason, any millet flour need to be kept in the fridge

Hi Suchi, I would like to give u a suggestion, for your living room. The Frames you hangged: can add some more horizontally, those are arranged vertically and that wall is bigger in horizontal. It will look more attractive if u add some more Frames horizontally. I wish I can attach the pictures what I wanted to day..
