- Crappy video I tried to make by myself showing how to remove and replace the barrel of the Stribog SP9A1. I will do another at a later date that is properly oriented and inludes the whole reassembly. Video was being recorded on my phone and was cut short when I had an incoming call. This video is three years old, GP has changed both the nut design and the torque load on these stribogs. The receiver now MUST be locked into a vice to immobilize it and the wrench MUST be kept fully inserted into the nut when trying to remove the nut. if you let it slip even slightly it will strip the tool.. The ejector nuts may or may not be the size mentioned in this video, I believe there are at least a couple variations at this point.
Looking forward to the delayed blowback conversion, as well as any other products you come up with for the Stribog.

Is there a source for 8” barrel replacement? All I can find is the 6” barrels.
What is the size of the spanner wrench
I have one of the first versions with the reciprocating chargeing handle .what are your thoughts on cutting it behind the chargeing handle and adding a detent to make it were it doesn't reciprocate. I really can't see the difference in doing that and buying one or would there be .I realize I would lose 2 to 3 thousands in length from the thickness of the blade. Any thoughts.

Google "In Lead We Trust". I believe the person that posted this video is the one that is selling the 16" (actually 16.25") barrel for the Stribog. I just bought one myself. Waiting on it to be shipped as his product page I recall something about waiting for the barrels to be returned from "nitride" (I think that's a special kind of protective coating) before he can ship it out to his customers.

How do you install the bolt catch spring? I just bent mine and would like to know how to replace it myself??

once you remove the barrel it is very clear but it does require barrel removal
Im assuming this will work with the A3 right? and I also just ordered the silencerco tri lug adapter for my omega 9k... have you tried one of those out yet?

What is the thread pitch on the barrel spanner nut?
No matter what ammunition I use after installing this barrel it will not last round bolt hold open. Anybody else have this issue??
Where did you get that tool grand power said I’d have to send my upper in to replace the bolt release spring that there’s no way to get that tool

How do you check the torque spec on the barrel you already have?
if you have the tool you can use a torque wrench to figure out where it is at prior to removal

Either you moonlight as the Incredible Hulk or the specs on my crews and barrel nuts were orders of magnitude different than what you had here lol.
If you read in the description This video is three years old and they DID change the torque specs which is why I changed the tools.
