- This is the final vlog of the 2021 Hawaii series with my mom (ma). It was an amazing trip, and we were glad to have had a chance to experience a vacation during this uncertain time. We don't know when we will be able to travel again since now the delta variant is continuing to cause a lot of unknowns. Although vaccinated, we were still wearing our masks wherever there were crowds around.
In this vlog, we had a jam-packed day of sightseeing activities and foodie adventures, as usual. We made sure to soak in every minute of it. We hope you enjoyed traveling vicariously through us!

I think this is my first comment since I started youtube. This makes me want to go to the islands but right now they aren't happy with tourist coming in droves at the moment. So I will have to wait til things settle down.
Thanks for traveling vicariously through us! Yeah, it’s not the best time to travel right now. We went back in May. Hopefully things will settle down in the near future. 😔

and too bad you guys couldn't make it down to Hideaways Beach... it's my favorite beach on the island. Tbh, it's not difficult to get there, I can make it in 5 minutes wearing flip flops... BUT a tourist recently slipped and fell on the trail and he decided to sue the government for it..smh.. so that's why that sign is up there now.
Anyway, I'm enjoying these Kauai videos! happy to see you guys had a great time there!
Haha, mispronouncing “beaches” was unintentional. We kept getting funny looks from the people around us. We really wanted to get to the Hideaways Beach but chickened out! Glad you had a chance to. Thanks for watching the Hawaii vlog series!
