It's uncommon because Cloud Cutter Hong Lu doesn't clash well, so he struggles in harder stages like MD2H. However, RR2 doesn't clash much higher than normal content (if you get the mechanic right) so he could work in non-bleed team. He's not even budget Gang Leader because his S3 has utility unlike mutilate.

kill the roses with the corresponding sinners and its very easy
@@KimMui_ ye, one problem. I have both R Ish and Ninclair. Their roses are identical.
there is a status under the rose showing which sinner it corresponds to, so you can distinguish which is which even the color is the same.
@@vbcfbhc1310 I have 2 gloom flowers on the field. One for R Ish, other for Ninclair. I can't understand how to realize which is which.
