You brought up so many points that I could never come up with. You can tell by this video just how much you love this film and how passionate you are about it.
That was a beautiful video you put together. There is so much to love about this movie - from the music, the actors, the colors, the beautiful cinematography, and more, but it's the epilogue that touches my heart more than anything.
20:57 honestly I disagree. They let go of each other to achieve their dreams which should give them joy but they realize that maybe staying together would’ve been more important. But yeah it’s up to all of us what we’re willing to sacrifice to get where we want to go in life. I personally believe this movie was warning us that giving up your relationships will never be worth it even if you achieve that dream.
Back to the future was also one of my favourite films. And I also immediately felt that La La Land was my new favourite movie when I had just seen it for the first time in the theatre. I ended up seeing it in theatres three times. I reckon we have similar tastes in movies. Do you also love Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind?
I guess you are aware that Gosling had to learn the pieces and he doesn't read music and had only played chords. John Legend had to learn enough guitar to at least appear to know what he was doing. Ryan does play guitar. He had done singing and dancing before, but not that kind. th-cam.com/video/rjz67NtbzQk/w-d-xo.html

That’s what I love about the film as well; the epilogue can be up for interpretation, but we all collectively agree it’s still really good!
