I have a couple questions for you if you have the time. 1 - If foreigners and Filipinos enter into a 100% equal share capitalist partnership (3 Filipino, 2 foreigners, in the Philippines, do the foreigners have all of the same rights of ownership, as the Filipino partners, such as real estate, buildings…etc? 2 - Can a partnership own more than 5 hectacres in the Philippines?
