I think the spectre is the best tank in the game. It also got a buff.
Probe Drone was replaced with Lightning Ball. Cannon drone was replaced with lightning drone. If your accuracy is good spectre is the best tank since it does not have any explosive attacks
(Edit: There's a glitch with lightning Ball if I directly hit someone it goes through the ground)

clearly the creators do not seem to realise that
1. Not all their tanks adapted from history look like their real life counterparts.
2. Some tanks in this game were not meant to lob their shells. If they want they can use self-propelled guns instead.
3. Some tanks have annoyingly unrealistic mobility.
