But for the ones who it happened to them when they were older, there is a lot of anger, a feeling of betrayal, a feeling of major loss. Looking back at this, remembering one of the first if not the first Draw my life video I saw, I am both sad but also very grateful. I remember watching this, I was only about 9 or 10 when this came out, and I can't say enough how this video and a few other Draw my life videos have made me into the person I am today. Tyler Oakley showed me how much it was okay to express who you truly are and how much that will make you happier at the end of it all, that has been part of my soul deep down ever since. I can't thank you enough for all the amazing videos you made back then, and this Draw my life. I can't imagine how many years have passed since this video's release. So many things have happened.
In Secondary school everyone called me gay, So i said "Yes, Yes i am, got a problem with that", after i told them nobody messed with me because once they knew that i was gay calling me gay was the truth and didn't offend me.
I would've never imagined you went through an eating disorder because you seem so happy Tyler & I say this because I'm suffering from an eating disorder & I'm so miserable!!! I too had unhealthy eating habits before so I decided enough was enough & went on a "healthy, clean eating" weight loss journey. I lost so much weight that I became obsessive with exercise and eating super healthy. After so many tears and fighting I then recovered from that eating disorder but I am now on the other side of the spectrum where I eat even worse than when I started, super unhealthy and can't control it. It's such a struggle and it seems like it'll never end. I hope I can come out of it like you Tyler.
At school today me and three of my friends decided to make a poster on gay pride. Our motto/slogan was "you wouldn't judge a straight person so why judge a gay one" it makes me more sad that angry that some people don't understand that love is love no matter what gender. 🌈🌈

I'm christian, but i know that he still has a shot to go to heaven if he is gay. God still loves all of, no matter what, and will try to bring us all up there with him. I'm bi, and my church friends keep saying that I might go to hell, and every week i keep believing that, so I try to live my life to the fullest, even thiugh i can't do much since i live with a poor-ish family

Thank you. your the first religious person (that i know of) who has said that. I'm christian too and i believe that God wouldn't make us a certain way if he didn't like it and you're born your sexuality (right?) so its not something that people have influenced. everyone should just be who they are. and about your friends, well the bible also says 'love thy neighbor as thy selves' so technically by saying that you're a bad person because you're bi they are sinning themselves
I am christion and god loves us all equally some bibles are made by different followers of jesus and some are against gays so some may say they go to hell but others may not but me personally I believe that all gay/bisexual will have a100% chance of going to heaven unless they follow the devil and praise him thats a different story but I believe that every one is equal and everyone deserves to go to heaven it just makes sense

I don't get why people are telling him that he is wrong for being gay. He is gay and I doubt anything you say about God hating him for it (which God doesn't) or thinking it's wrong is going to change it. He should be whoever he wants to be. Let him love who he wants to love freely.
