I never once believed him whenever he’d say he’s not a good dancer. He looks amazing here!
my favorite thing about watching shinee's solo dance practices is how, if you were to put them all together, you can see that it is what makes shinee up as a whole. they are not at all alike - kibum, jinki, minho, taemin and jonghyun are all different dancers. but they are all very good dancers and they perfectly and seamlessly become one when they perform together. it's incredible. all their personalities shine through so distinctively but when they perform as shinee, they are seamless and know exactly what niche to fill. that said, i love how jinki has brought this part of himself to the forefront for his comeback. the public views him as a ballad and OST artist but he is the leader of shinee and that should not be forgotten - a group that has given us such instant pop perfection as replay, sherlock, lucifer, view, 1 of 1, ring ding dong, everybody ... it goes on and on. and i love how he is one if not the only artist to actually perform his songs live during music shows, choreography and all. their standard has truly never wavered.
Only learnt the choreography 3 days before shooting the MV and become this smooth and groovy. Onew from SHINee!!!

He recorded then straight went to learn choreo after then shoot... It literally barely took 4-5 days to Song recording + dance practice and then BOOM MV SHOOT
His moves are so smooth, you can tell he is very experienced. But because he's surrounded by bunch of dancing machines, people dont really sees him as a dancer. Love the dance practice video!
And mostly people already stunned by his amazing vocal, that they dont realize that he's a great dancer too...
I have never thought of him as not a dancer. Honestly, to be SHINee you have to be amazing at... pretty much everything. His fancams during Don't Call Me (specially the Music Bank one and the Music Core one...) should be legendary.

I can see that he toned it down a little bit for music shows so he can sing live better and honestly that's exactly what an experienced singer should do. I am so glad we have the dance practice to see the full extent of the choreography and how amazing it is. I love it!!

14년동안 댄스가수였으면서 솔로로서는 본인을 발라드가수 정도로 생각했던게 너무 웃기고 귀여움
어젯밤부터 몇번을 돌려봤는지 모르겠네,,, 이걸 본 이상 이온유 앨범에 댄스곡 필수 땅땅이다. 다음 컴백때 타이틀은 발라드로 하더라도 커플링곡만큼은 댄스곡이길 간절히 바라는 수밖에🙏🏻

I've always noticed that there's a gracefulness to his dancing. While others are doing sharp, precise movements, his are smooth and fluid - can see it clearly in On the Way. He's made for ballet or contemporary dances

솔직히 샤이니는 모두가 너무 잘나서 서로가 서로에게 묻히고 평가절하되는 게 있음... 개개인의 능력은 모두 훌륭함...
