You should start with raising a webform for additional review of the file (create new sop and upload it with webform)

@@jancyjohn4423 I got my GCMS notes after 73 days . I had applied on 17 oct 2022. After 60 days from applying , I raised a complaint about the delay of my GCMS notes with OIC. After complaining to OIC about the delay , my notes were delivered to me on my email after 13 days
