I learned when we cook for family, every steps must be to preserve natural powers of ingredients to promote each family members natural digestive enzyme energy.
We used to eat that fruit when we were children...very nice fruit during our younger days but now very difficult to get them. Those legendary and exotic fruit were very popular among the villagers in those days. How I miss that fruits. We only ate that fruits with thick coconut milk and sugar which we mixed with the flesh and turned into gravy but we did not cook it...just ate it raw.
