Okay I'd seen maybe a tiny tiny tiny bit about this film but this has locked it in for me - very excited to see this. Also Adria Arjona seems to be continuing her streak of fantastic and fascinating choices in roles - she was brilliant in Good Omens and Andor.

While waiting for the 20 year production of Merrily We Roll Along movie adaptation that Richard Linklater is currently working on that's about to come out in 2040 I guess (hopefully I'm still alive to see that 😂), it's nice to see him releasing this movie that turned out to be great too
I hope Linklater is alive in 20 years to finish his film cuz he's 63 now and can't shoot because of the SAG strike so do the math! Everyone on that movie is TAKING A HUGE DAMN RISK with that film!
@@nikitamohan3390 Linklater pulled off an absolute miracle with Boyhood so I have high hope he's definitely gonna made it for Merrily We Roll Along. He's going to be 81 years old when the movie comes out so yeah hopefully
@@nikitamohan3390 He already shot the movie since 2019 with atleast one musical sequence already being shot. Paul's involvement was a recast from the previous actor that dropped out due to his abuse allegation

God I am hoping for a miracle that they give this a good theatrical summer release next year maybe May and then maybe they have a better shot at nominations next year than rushing this year which is already SO STACKED! Because of all the WGA and SAG strikes, pretty sure some 2024 titles will be delayed to 2025!
The fact this film premiered at the Venice Film Festival alongside 'The Killer' could not have been more coincidental!
