Thanks for the info. I just got an somewhat of a pricing for bags with installation and it a little more than what I want to spend. This video inspired me to install my own.
Hats off to you and pops for gettin it done. Got me motivated to start my build. I actually purchased a level 3 kit from BC Fabrication. Just curious brother what was the most challenging to you or if you can give me some tips on my build. I have a 84 coupe deville 2nd owner with under 40k miles thats why im also going with bags instead of juice.
Thanks homie and best piece of advise I can give is take your time and take out the a-arms from the from the front when cutting your holes for the house it will make it look cleaner plus give your more space for the houses
Check out DC fabrications they will get you the right stuff you need for your set up... best tip I can give is run the power strait to the battery and not to the Amp it will give you less problems
Great Job! A few Questions... Did you have to weld the rear bottom brackets to the rear? How do they get held onto the rear axle? Also, how is the ride with the bags compared to stock springs & shocks? How do bags feel on a bumpy road?
Thank you and you don't have to weld the cut out space it has on the bracket will keep it in place along with the bolt on system for the top.. it rides smooth as long as you don't have it completely lifted when your driving even on a bumpy road
Caddy looking clean hope you do a walk around video now and of you hitting the switches glade you went with a switch box to keep it original instead of a controller are you thinking about adding a continental kit or rear skirts?👍🏼
Thanks homie I appreciate it I will definitely be doing a walk around video plus sharing my thoughts on everything in another video. And gotta have the switch box that's what makes it fun, I've thought about skirts but not to sure yet but I will be looking for a continental kit for the caddy to make it complete
The front shocks were completely taken out and I didn't get the measurement. The website I got them from has the options of different air bags depending on the make and model of your car
Did you run 1/2 inch for the air system or 3/8? What size is your air tank? And last of all would really love to see video of what the air ride system looks like after it's all installed, that would be sweet. Thanks for the video, love the car looking sexy.
Thanks for watching, I ran 1/2 and my take is a 5 gallon I belive not to sure but I am looking to double up the tanks. I do have a video of the air ride walk around just look for it on the Cadillac chronicles Playlist on my channel homie thanks you for the support
Awsome, after watching your video I went with all new, fbss 4 switches from hoppos dual tank dual compressor. Did you have to weld your lower cups/bag mounts in place?@OneManClicka
@dobs78 great pick homie flag I could help ..naw I didn't weld mine there going good just fine besides I'm not going to do anything crazy just simple play n lay
@@OneManClicka perfect! I just finished my setup on my 84 coupe. I took the back shocks off not even thinking they would work .. but it definitely needs them, it's crazy bouncy driving around.
I Believe so homie they have similar body styles all the way up to the 92 but you can check out the fabrication company with the link in the description and just type in the make and model for what your trying too get
@@OneManClicka hell yeah good looks, that’s right around what I was thinking for some beautiful work like that. I just got my first scraper. 92 town car on some 13s. I’m thinking about bagging it and also getting some paint work done. Super clean Cadillac btw. Love the colors.
@purpatrator I appreciate it 🙏 and dope you can't go wrong with a big body... bags are cool if you just want to cruise but if you want something to play with and go faster I'd go hydros but there both fun
Yo bro Enjoying this video all the way from NY. I have an 86 el camino that has no personality. I want to do a quck up and down air ride kit. I've seen kits on hoppos, for like 2 and change which i don't mind. But are these bags universal, i didn't see anything specific for my ride!!?
Bags = comfort, reliability, ease of repair, unlimited play. Hydros are for fools who are stuck in the past, probably wrote that comment on your desktop computer while your flip phone charges.
Real Players do what they want not what people tell them 👏much respect
AMEN HOMIE much love and respect thanks for watching 💯💯
@@OneManClickaso since there’s a huge debate about it
What’s the real reason you went with bags instead of hydros
This is a real world build thanks for sharing.
No problem thank you for watching
Getting down and dirty on a Clean ride. I really enjoyed watching your video every take was real with it... dirt and webs. please make more videos
Thanks homie I appreciate it I got more on the way

Thanks for the video about to start a project and this gave me some good info. These kits are too expensive but safer than winging it.
No problem homie best of luck on your new project... very true that's one of the reasons why I went this route
Im fixing to do my 1994 deville on air bags ,any tips ?

Can you use shocks with the airbags? Whats the difference? do they slow down the speed of the bags?
Yes you can and it just helps with a smother ride but they don't show Down the speed at all

Did you relocate the front shocks or just remove them completly? Also do you have bag/ mount measurements at all?

@OneManClicka lol, you want to travel to bum f##k no where and help me out? Dam, homeboy, lol thanks again.
I put blue lock tite on everything. Even my valves and fittings.
Yes sir gotta do it the right way
I prefer air bags then hydraulics
Dope same here just depends on the ride
Yoo homie , would the 84 caddy setup fit a 90 caddy?
it should homie they have similar body styles but are you buying the setup new or used?
Thinking of going new , tryna get ny caddy laying low already 😂
@cxtano-3658 that's the route I'd go homie saves time and money but you'll get there
Did you keep the front sway bar?
Yes sir I did
Nice
Also, if you kept the rear shocks.. does stock length work?
kept the back shocks the stock length does work since its a simple lay and play setup @@krazyj512

I'm poetry sure they would homie check link in the description to verify they have and what year
How much did you put into that paint job? Must be a pretty penny
Hard to say we did some trade work for it and the homie who painted it is a long time family friend but he said his prices start at 4k for a paint job

Anything hydros can do bags can do but you can't say the same for hydros.
