I'm 31 & this is taking me right back to those days of being 14-15 & hating my life but having SP's music to relax to at the end of the day made it all better.
turning 32 this year, grinding high level sales and marketing career, driving luxury sports car and wearing designer brands. Acting all professional and mature most of time. But once clients, business meetings, and fancy dates are done, in my room or car alone, always blasting 2000s emo/pop punk like this.
No phones recording, people really enjoying. Gold times!

@@gladson41 Honestly I was attending concerts at that time. I even attended a concert of Simple Plan around 2006. And there was almost as much phones filming as there is now! The video were just not as good as they are now. I think there is no phone filming in this particular video because they must have asked the crowd not to because tv was already filming it ;)

As a kid who was addicted to songs with CDs back then, I remember buying the live CD that has this audio of the concert in 2006. I thought I bought the wrong CD because I was looking for the studio albums instead of live album. I slowly listening to this concert CD and I instantly like it! That's what makes me a big fan of Simple Plan.
I also played the enhanced CD to watched them performing their first two songs (Shut Up! & Jump) on my old computer. It didn't have the entire concert until I found this on TH-cam (which was uploaded by someone else).
I miss my good old times like this! It has been over 15 years since the concert release. How time flies! I wish I want to go back to the 2000s again.
12 year old me would be very disappointed to know that I haven't married David yet.

@@carverlabarberaofficial Haven't you heard what happened to him? David got kicked out of Simple plan in 2020 after "allegations" of sexual misconduct. I spoke to a girl who claims he harrassed her and i reached the conclusion David has been falsely accused. She kept trying to paint a picture of David being dangerous but she admitted everything he said, he wasn't being predatory at all. The girls think they can say whatever and get attention, the truth is that kind of thing isn't going to get them a win in court...

MGK released a pop punk song 1 month ago that has 20+ million views, so it's definitely not dead
The Emo look is inappropriate even for 14 year olds, never mind adults. He's a rock musician, but he's still a grown ass man. The only people who can Emo half decently are the cutest young girls, maybe early 20s at the absolute latest, with very few exceptions.

This band is still very good though, actually I'm presently surprised at how good this performance was. Since I'm an old fart, their lyrics don't really connect with me, but they're really good performers, have a solid & tight sound and are great at conveying energy.

I have sd card, on that sd card I just have folder music which contain Simple Plan song from Album No Pads, No Helmet, Just Balls - Taking One for the Team. When I changed my phone, I always bring the sd card and import the music to my new phone. Me and my brother when we together we always listen Simple Plan song from first album 'till album now.
