But I admit that on tour, an official touring bassist would be better (There is one apparently, hidden behind the stage but no one from the band, the band's entourage or the touring bassist himself has made an official announcement).

simple plan took a leaf out of my book, play to a click and record a bass guitar track to it, it works great and now we can be a 3 piece with a sound guy and not a 4 piece with no sound guy cause theres no money for it. Bass tracks RULE!
