I enjoy watching sparring match in the gym. It Motivate me to jump in the ring myself. I’m 37 years old now, but I still enjoy jumping in the ring with the younger guys.
This is great sparring. Conditioned and safe, leaving room to let the other person learn and take shot just as much as receiving them. Top work lads 👍🏼

Love the footage, nice to see raw sparring. But I just think the pink was going abit too hard because they weren’t learning just trying to get away from the danger. And I think it would be better for the coaches to physically show them what to do in the situation instead of say it. And let them utilise it in sparring. because they do look like both except from pink hasn’t had atleast 10 fights. But brilliant sparring work from the UK 🇬🇧 love to see more and no discredit to the coaching 🔥

bruh one of the best coaches are one that tell you thousands of things it keeps you calm in stressful situation while things are being said to you its an mental thing but these coaches are good and they know what there doing, you dont have to be in shape to be an boxing coach it's about experience!
