For anyone who likes to shop sales, the easiest way to do the math isn't actually to figure out the discount and then subtract that from the original price (too many steps). Just multiply the asking price by the percentage you're paying. Ex: If they're asking $40 original price and it's 40% off, you can just multiply the $40 by .6 (because you're paying 60%) to get the actual price of $24 in one step. That's way easier than taking $40 x .4, then subtracting that amount from the $40. I'm reminded of that every time I watch thrifting videos, but especially when I go shopping with my friends.
Last Christmas I got my ex-husband and his girlfriend a dragon ware teapot and 2 cups and saucers. The cups have lithopanes in the bottom. And before you ask, yes my ex-husband and I are still good friends, and have been since I was 10 years old. We have 3 adult kids together and we all celebrate the holidays together. His girlfriend is a Sweetheart. He and I are just better as friends.

i have my mother's tea set it is a pattern that i have not seen on any of the resellers channels. it does have the paintings in the tea cup bottoms. the tea pot is decorated with what i think is a gaeshia (sorry for the miss spell) hosting male customers to tea. even has the cookie plates and the server plate with a natural woven handle and holder. plus a few extra pieces.
