The Hermes journey can be exhausting. I lucked out with my first SA who was a male and received my first quota bag within two months with very minimal spend. My male SA left the company and I was devastated. Under my current SA, I became very frustrated because I was at a spend level of 2X and no offer for a second bag. Then my SA dropped the bomb on me she was transferring and wasn't sure she could offer me my second bag before she left. She came through for me. Fast forward the store she transferred to is a hour and a half drive from my then home store. I decided to stick with her and received my 3rd quota bag with only spending for a pair of game on sneakers. My journey started in Oct 2021 and I received my bags in 2021, 2022 & 2023. Hang in there. It's definitely an emotional journey with ups and downs.

I started my "journey" with a really lovely SA in September and was offered a K25 during my first visit with her. I went back to see her in January and was offered a MK and C18. Would you be open to trying boutiques in Asia? My exp has been that they are generally more transparent with pre-spend and the whole process.
