@@FayeInTheCity for anyone with a scheduled surgery date, do you recommend implementing the food changes such as sugar free or no sugar added, etc before the 2 week pre op liquid diet?
A lot of people I talked to have said the same thing about adjusting to their new body after losing weight. While they know they look and feel good it’s still a different body than they are used to. Especially if they are getting more attention, etc. I’ve always tried to keep that in mind as I am on my weight loss journey. Because I know once the weight is gone, that doesn’t mean the journey is over.
Girl I luv your energy im almost 1 month post op and my weight has stalled but it's ok cuz I know its temporary. I need to exercise more I'm sure that will help.
Hey girl! A lot of the side effects are some nutrients. Because your stomach is smaller the surface area for nutrient absorption is less. Hence the spots and body temperature, hair etc. This video was a while ago though so your symptoms may have changed. 💕
Bio oil will work. You have to be consistent with it. Surgery is a base to start to a life long journey. Welcome to what we at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI call the weight loss bench club. 🙌🏾😂🥰. B vitamins work for upping energy levels. I can’t do spicy food at all. The sleeve has less complications. Flavor your water. I am allergic to sea foods so , chicken, steak, yogurt ( Greek) high protein, egg whites, beans are my sources of protein.
Hey Faye..I haven't had surgery but to make sure I get my daily greens plus nutritional super fruits, I take Amazing Grass Green Superfood. One scoop to a 8oz glass/cup water or smoothie. One scoop gets you your daily intake of healthy greens. I get it from Vitamin Shop or Whole foods

I really pray you have a GREAT experience!!!
@@FayeInTheCity I'm in the very beginning stages, I'll keep you updated❤
Thank you for this video. Still researching but this was helpful. Regarding constipation: Have you tried aloe juice mixed into a smoothie or juice? Smoothe Moves Ma'am!! Smooooooth Moves!!! Aloe is bitter but if you mix it with juice it is fine. So happy for you and your hair looks great!!
Seems like surgery was less than 7 months ago. You keep up the great work you’re doing on your weight loss and better health journey! It’s truly paying off.
Thank you!
I am considering this. My doctor was very supportive and I hope everything else will fall into place for me.
Hi Faye! I'm considering surgery and have my surgery consult next Wednesday. At 11:40ish, in the video you say you wish you had done _________ (sauna)??? I LOVE your sassiness!!! You're awesome. Kaboom!
I'm on my journey to vsg 🙏🏾🙌🏽🦋 New Subbie too
Hey lil Sis! U are looking amazing. Its definitely an amazing journey. I'm years out and the challenges are still there. I still haven't made goal and it's ok. I just gotta snap outta this winter funk. Skittles are my weakness and my Bae got me a huge bag of them for Love Day. I'm also a new coffee drinker. Acne is a major issue of mine too. Girl just know ur not alone.
Also has anyone ever told u that without ur glasses u look like Kaavia Wade now?
Awesome! I had surgery in April 2021, and had complications. I will have to look at your vitamin regimen. Love your personality. Carry on, You got this. You have to drink that water, and it is so hard. LOL
If you don’t mind what we’re your complications..
Hi Natalie, do you mind sharing what complications? Thanks
Thanks for sharing!
If you still need help remembering to drink water or eat, don’t forget about your phone. You can set alarms.
Thank you!
Just love your energy .. I’m going for my surgery next week 🎉
I've been waiting on this update since the last one lol. Thank you!! You look amazing!
Thank you!
@@FayeInTheCity for anyone with a scheduled surgery date, do you recommend implementing the food changes such as sugar free or no sugar added, etc before the 2 week pre op liquid diet?
Congratulations Faye! I’m not getting this surgery or anything, but I found this to be very informative. Thanks!
Congratulations on your weight loss and thank you so much for your forthright answers! I just started the process and this was sooooo helpful!
Girl I luv your energy im almost 1 month post op and my weight has stalled but it's ok cuz I know its temporary. I need to exercise more I'm sure that will help.
I can listen to you talk all day lol . Thanks for sharing your experience 😌
Ooooooh chiiiiile
Do I even want the sleeve now😲
July 21 for me.
I’m 21 and am about to get the surgery! Thank youuu for the video
Thx for your update. Im a subbie that is intrigued by your various glasses as well. Flattering shapes.
Your energy is amazing! I thinking of having surgery and you have helped me make a decision!
Thank you for your honesty!!! Keep thriving & continue to be blessed 🙏🏽💕💕💕
Thank you!
I love your energy! Thank you for sharing your story
