    What do you recommend we do with the left hand for this? Any voicing or some specific ones?

      Any voicing you are you to playing works. Rootless voicings, or just root + 1 guide-tone are also great.

    What's exactly the difference between a Tension (in the jazz sense) and a Dissonance (in the classical sense)?

      Just practice the sus2 chords. Let you ears remember the sounds. The theory is not that important
