    Overview of the transit procedure and experience at Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 3. All Emirates flights, as well as flights on select other partner airlines, operate from Terminal 3. Terminal 3 has three concourses - Concourse A, B, C. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are the other terminals at DXB and they can be reached via airport shuttle buses, before or after immigration.

    Thank you for this video. I am flying into Dubai in 6 weeks and as it is my first time there I was hoping not to get too lost lol. As I will be in transit for a continuing flight to Australia, I’m hoping my flights both arrive at, and depart from the same Terminal 😁

    Hello, if I am flying through terminal 3 only, regardless of the concourse for a 6 hour layover, I won't be needing to pass through immigration correct? I am from a country that requires visa if entering Dubai, and I do not plan to get a transit visa. I do not plan to leave terminal 3 premises during my entire layover duration. Thank you for all the helpful information!!!

      Hello, I recently had a long layover from Melbourne to Edinburgh via Dubai. No, you do not need to formally enter the UAE or get a visa upon arrival.

    I have 1h 15m but surely emirates wouldn’t sell me both flights if this wasn’t possible? Both inbound and outbound T3

    If you are on a connecting flight from Johannesburg to Brussels and connecting in Dubai, do you need to get your checked baggage first or do they automatically send your checked baggage to the next departing flight? Asking since it'll be my first flight ever and I'm kinda stressed

    • @lemonxbait

      If its the same airline they will automatically send it to the next plane but if its a different airline u have to check ur suitcase again,pretty sure anyways😊

    Very good i just hope you was staying in T 3 and connecting lol as we are doing that in may this year. hopefully it will be easy for us for the first time. going from manchster to Dubai with Emirates Terminal 3 and connect to flight to Phuket from T 3..

      Hiya. I’m in a similar situation and would be interested to know how you get on lol. I fly out from Manchester in 6 weeks for Dubai, landing at T3, and connecting with a flight to Australia, also at T3. I guess it depends on which concourse we land as to how complicated the transit is and whether there is a train or shuttle involved. Fingers crossed it all happens at concourse A and we don’t have to go very far lol. Have a great flight ☺️

    Do you have to go through passport control when arriving from Germany (Terminal 3) and using a connecting flight to Thailand (also Terminal 3) 4 hours later or do you stay entirely in the transit zone and only have to pass through security again?

    • @OnTimeReports
      @OnTimeReports  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There should be no need to go through UAE passport control.

      If same airline, checked baggage gets transferred to your next flight. You don’t need to collect it.
