Juan, that wasn't an autocorrect, I was using an add-on called something like Excel Subscript and Superscript Tool, that no longer works in new Excel. Here is how you do it in matlab: Name the equation something like Eqn= LHS == RHS Then ask matlab to numerically solve the equation to find a specific variable ( in this example f ) like this : Vpasolve(eqn , f ) You could also tell Matlab to put the answer in f like this : f =Vpasolve(eqn , f )
