This was the tune in 1975 they made me realized I am truly a rocker. You play the song just awesome. Thanks for posting it. I learned it a couple of years ago on the keyboard, I'm a guitarist. So it was a real challenge and adventure. Just love the clavinet in this tune.
@@andy_hb1 I came back to this now that I'm a bit better at piano/keyboard and I'm getting there in learning it! Still blown away by how good this cover is.
Wow! That's fantastic stuff. I`m not a keyboard player but would love to see more John Paul Jones stuff. No Quarter perhaps? Really anything `70s rock related. Great job Andy.
Thanks for checking out my vid and commenting! I don't have a keyboard at the moment, but I'm hoping soon I'll have one. I'll try and record No Quarter for you or something related. Thanks again!
+Andy I'll check it out,by the way, this song seems to be in the key if g?with the b-flat-c variation, and sometimes with the eflat-f chords added, solo is a g bleus scale, that what I see?
Excelente version Andy !!! la mejor que escuche lejos !!! Me encantaria que la subas sin el tema de fondo para apreciar bien el sonido del clavinet ) Si lo hicieras seria genial!!! Te felicito
You can upload only what you play without the background theme ?? I would love to have him as my cell phone sound . Thank you very much ..... i wait your answer =)
in the led zeppellin, org have a oficial sheet music but without solo, but if you put "trampled under foot solo" in google, have a sheet music with only the solo
+Music guy Phil The song is so repetitive it doesn't take long at all. It's just everyone keeps playing the main riff wrong! That's why I decided to upload this. It's only the solo that took a bit of time, the main riff takes you 5 minutes.
Funny first time I ever head this song was when my alarm clock woke me up was a kid. I was a zeppelin fan but never heard it before thenI was so out of it waking up abd rubbing my eyes half awake like "fuck thats groovy. Sounds like Robert Plant." I tracked down the song later and turns out it was Robert Plant lol. Great song and great job covering. I'm a musician too so I'm sensitive to when people cover songs I know and they do one little thing wrong I notice and it just bothers me. But you were dead on with the keys. Keep it up.
Haha what a random, yet funny story! Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you liked. I'm the same with trying to cover songs, it can be frustrating. It's by no means perfect but I feel it's worthy of a vid. Thanks again!
Outstanding! I am a drummer of 53yrs and I have a Question: where did you get this version it is the closest version I have heard that is true to John Bonham's rehearsals & recordings done before the release of the LP. It's no secret he rarely played it the same way twice especially in concert because of his massive drug use and drinking. It's a shame that such an incredible talent was lost at age 32.
+David Willard thanks for your comment. I'm using the version taken from the Physical Graffiti album. This is the only version I found doable by ear. The riff itself is never played the same way so using this version made it easier. Obviously the solo isn't note for note but, to be honest I don't think even John Paul Jones knew what he was doing either haha! I wanted to cover this for a while as I couldn't really see a decent version of it. I hope I do it some justice!
With your talent you REALLY should do an epic own song by yourself... add some AMPLE GUITAR VSTS into that and you're done.. please, let's make world better with Led Zepp legacy. Cover doesn't count :)
C’mon, just turn the camera around so we can see that it’s actually John Paul Jones playing it haha man, you killed it! Great job
Haha thanks Daniel!
By far the best version on youtube. Excellent job!!
+Tyler Bell I appreciate it mate! Thanks for your comment
Amazing how you keep those octaves running
Exact version I wanted to see
Great job
Thanks man! Yeah keeping that bass going throughout took some doing!
It’s only a few notes (minus the solo) but it’s so hypnotic
God I love the opening of this song so much
I'm playing the exact song for my School of Rock band. This is by far the best version on youtube. Keep up the great work!
Yeah me too
Same lol
the funk is strong with this one.
Crazy that the entire solo pretty much never leaves the Gm7. And of course it's a nice easy to remember 22 bars. :-P
One of my favorites
Great cover! Love the keyboard in this song. You did justice to it.
Thanks for the kind words
Great job. This solo was amazing. I guess every led Zeppelin fan will like it.
Hell yes great cover. So hard to play clavi the “right” way thanks for the inspiration
Thanks for checking out my video Andrew!
Awesome thank God somebody is playing it right on TH-cam very good job at finding the right tone

Hey John, hope you're all good your side. Thanks for checking out the vid and leaving a comment. Much appreciated man! 🤘
Uhhhhhhh, this should have more views. Good job bro!
+franzfranz Thanks!
I bought Physical Graffiti in November of 1975. My freshman year.
Incredible cover! Nailed it, period.
Thank you!!
Phenomenal playing! It's at times like this I wish I could play the keyboard. I can just jam along on guitar though. :)
Thanks but it's honestly not difficult to play at all. It's only the solo that's challenging. Everything else is repetitive.
@@andy_hb1 I came back to this now that I'm a bit better at piano/keyboard and I'm getting there in learning it! Still blown away by how good this cover is.
This deserves more views!!
Serious jam dude…..well done
Thank you!
This is excellent. Thank you!!!
Thank you!! I'm glad you liked it 🤘

Sounds great Andy - excellent tone!!!

nice job! Best version I found so far on TH-cam! You put the funk in it dude. would love it if you need a second video for the right-hand licks only.
+tortelvis1 Thanks for your comments!
I really don't like rock music,and I really love funk music and that's why I'm here,fabulous job Andy👍👍👍
Thanks for watching, I'm glad you liked this one! You might also like another clavinet cover I did recently. th-cam.com/video/bMsNvUJijtA/w-d-xo.html

+Ryan Van Lobbrecht that's what I see
Yes the key is in G. You've got the progressive chords Bb to C then back to the main riff in G then sometimes Bb | C | Eb| F. Basic G blues scale.
+Andy 👍
Nailed it!
John Paul Jones would bow to that
Simply fantastic
Thanks for checking out my video! 🤘
No problem dude! You’re really gifted! Keep it up
Sounds sooooooo good.
Thank you for checking it out! I’m glad you liked it

Hi, thanks for watching! See description for sheet music or MIDI file.
Muito bom, jovem.
this is the best
That was awesome !!!! Inspired to learn that
Do it!! You'll be surprised, it doesn't take that long to learn, as long as you can play to a reasonable standard.
@@andy_hb1 where i can find that?
Sensacional cara
Good !!!! 🤟
Buen trabajo
Thanks
Incredible lov it
Prettu nice👍
The "funky blues riff" ( at 0.09) : Are you rolling off the Db "crushing" D and C on your way to Bb?
I'm rolling off the Db to C and then playing C again with the F together on the way to Bb
This is awesome
the best!
You. You're good, you...
Fantastic!
fucking rad. inspiring. great sound, and you have a real feel for this tune. sahwweet!
I love this! Does anyone have sheet music?
You can upload only what you play without the background theme ?? I would love to have him as my cell phone sound . Thank you very much ..... i wait your answer =)
I'll see if I have just the clan track on its own but I'm not sure that I have it anymore.
ok thanks andy !!!
Where did you get the backing track
It’s not a backing track. It’s just from the album
Clavinet video. Okay, got it. So why am I grooving to Bonham waging war on drums?
Still...very nice keyboard solo. Well done.
I'm surprised. I like this. How did you learn the solo? I need a tab. Thanks
I played it by ear. It's by no means perfect, but it's pretty much all there.
Ok. Then i use this video as a tutorial. Bye
in the led zeppellin, org have a oficial sheet music but without solo, but if you put "trampled under foot solo" in google, have a sheet music with only the solo
Holy shit how much practicing did this take
probably not much

where can I get the sheet music for this song?
I'm not sure...the only sheets I used were my own transcription for the solo. Maybe try musicnotes.com?
Thanks, I think I will order yours

+crystalearth33 You make it look like you are free jamming... very nice!
Do you have the keyboard parts of Led ?
I only have the solo part available in the description. You could probably find the main riff somewhere, it's pretty easy.
Andy HB im looking for a book whith a lot of led musics
Ah I see. Sorry I just did this as a one off. Good luck!
Nice!
Thanks!
How to play Ray's keyboard you like led zeppelin songs too?

Sorry I can't remember. I only played this the one time!
