As someone whose almost done with the Google IT support course and having friends who've finished it well before me. It's not likely you'd get a job with just this cert. Definitely would though if you got your ccna or comptia certs on top of this one. If you're lucky enough to get in touch with a desperate employer who can't find people to hire you may get lucky and land a job. It's a great course though if you're hopping into IT with little or no tech know how. And it's one extra cert under the belt to add when looking for work. I have yet to see if it alone will land me a job. Probably not. Hasn't landed any of my buddies a job by it's self yet. Planning on getting my A plus though after I get this cert. Which I'd recommend others to do as well. Good bang for your buck though. Especially if you can get in when they offer the course for 40 bucks a month.

desktop support/ helpdesk jobs
I don't have no IT experience is Comptia is a great way to start or cisco networking? Great video btw☺️
CompTIA is good to gain base knowledge. CCNA might be too much all at once
Thank you I'm about to start the course so this is helpful!
Thank you!
Wow Nicole this video is worth 1M dollars. It helped me to understand a lot of things I did not know.
Thank you!
Is this available in India please reply 🙏
I believe so unless your country has restrictions
@@nicoleenesse aww thank you so much for sweet reply 🙏🥰
@@nicoleenesse if you don't mind can I connect with you personally
Hi Ben, need your opinion, I am a pharmacy graduate, having 11 years of working experience, during this pandemic covid-19 I have lost my job, still searching job. But I am not getting. So I watched your video, what do you think this certification course will help me to get a job in IT as freshers. Please share me!
Hi Arka , are you a pharmacist cuz I’m one too and what country are you from?
@@moemekeifeoma1484 I am from India & your from?
Yes it will help you get an IT help desk job! have heard success stories
Thanks for the feedback
Did you get a job?
@@TheChris91173 no lol. but to be fair i havent looked for one since getting done with the cert. Im currently working on getting my comptia a+ cert so im focusing on that first. still not convinced id get a job just with the google one. It was great for educational purposes though, gave me insight to what id be facing more or less on the comptia and is at least something else to put on my resume.
mam ...is this certification is still useful to get a entry level job
why are there so many cuts in the video?
Do you have to take a test after completing this ?
yes
@@nicoleenesse do you have to pay for the exam separately ? Like how Comptia does it ?
I’m sorry, there are too many jump cuts.
Yeah, I am working on my editing skills
Yea, I stopped watching after 10 seconds for exactly this reason.
Hello dear Nicole,
I just finished with this course I do not receive my certificate, I am reading their help not when something.
Could you give me their contact because I already finished the course
Thank you
Hmmm, has this been resolved?
Would you recommend getting knowledge on the A+ and get that out of the way before applying?
Ehhhh, I would go for the security+ if you also have the Google IT support Professional Certificate.
How to I get to the certificate course?
Go to the link below
Do i have to finish all 5 courses to get Google IT Support professional certificate?
Yes
Your presentation is really great but please do avoid cutting the video multiple times in the middle of each and every sentence, that sounds really annoying
Ok thank you
Just a quick tip: if you are at college and/or has a .Edu email, you can do the whole certification (not only this one) for free through coursera for students :) loved the video 💜 I’m doing mine while also studying for my finals 😂
Thanks for the info!
How did u unlock it for free? im signed in with me school email but it still asks for my card information.
Thx for info, im going to learn with your recommendation to proffesor preparation for comptia
Best of luck!
What’s the passing rate of the test?
not sure
Very nice informative video, is AWS cloud praticetioner is a good certificate for someone who doesn't have any cloud knowledge and experience?
Yes! A great start
Could I get a job? I have a cyber security degree, but I can't find a job
What does your resume look like?
So Google IT Support Professional or A+ ?
Both. Google IT Support is an introduction and helps you on your journey to A+
@@nicoleenesse Sounds like A+ carries more weight. Thanks for responding.
Great video, thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Great Video,
I am new to IT and was thinking about doing the data analytic certificate, in your opinion should I be doing the IT certificate first?
I am actually doing a video on the data analytic certificate. I would start with the IT cert to give you a general overview of what IT is. Then go for the data analytic one.
Many thanks-
Please stop editing too much. Those cuts are way too many.
sorry, I have improved
Hi! I am starting the Google certification now, and I think it would be wise for me to go through CompTIA afterwards. How do I sign up for CompTIA?
Coursera should have it
www.comptia.org/home
From my experience it does not help at all. Ive seen people with bachelors in info systems + comptia trifecta + internships struggle to get jobs in IT. Someone has to be a little nieve to think a certificate will help them at all
Depends on the employers and personality of the individual. It has happened
Very helpful! Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Im an iT grad but that was years ago...haha..i guess i know the basic but i need this basing on what you said
It would be useful
Awesome cool Thxxx!!!
Thank you too!
@@nicoleenesse NO PROBLEM... Is there anyway to avoid doing help desk/tiers as a first IT job for those of us who don't want to be an inbound call IT specialist desk top trouble shooter, helping desktop user's fix common and random error mistakes and want to specialize down a certain path like cloud, security, analytics, etc?
In your experience are IT companies willing to allow individuals to do shadowing, volunteering, or interning if someone is already finished with college.
What's the best way to figure out which IT CERTS and career path is best for us and suits our personality and interest?
Thaaanks aaagggaaain!!!+++:)))
Great info! I’m in accounting but signed up!
Awesome! Thank you!
I enjoy your review. The only thing is that I can tell how heavily edited your video is, to the point that it is quite distracting.
Thank you. I have a new review coming out...with slightly better editing!!
Hey what form of qualifications do u hold???
A+, Network+, Sec+. CEH, MS in Cybersecurity
Good info though way too many edits and cuts in the video made it a little jarring to listen to
Sorry about that
Thank you so much.
It among the best course of IT career
It is a very good course to begin with!
thanks saved me alot of trouble
Your welcome
Your video editing cut outs is too much and makes it difficult to follow you through
Sorry
@@nicoleenesse no worries at all! I just thought I let you know :)
I'm already half way through it. Gonna complete it in upcoming month
wondering how long has it taken you ?
@@elyoenayh I became corona positive in may so I thought I should use isolation Time for Good. It took me one and a half month. You can do it in less time if you're consistent.
That is awesome!
the whole 6 courses or just the IT fundamentals ?
