Congratulations!!!! I love this for you 🩷 I’m not Senegalese but my husband is as well. We got married only 27 days of meeting each other in Senegal while I was on a trip there. Don’t feel no way about marrying someone you never (physically) met🤣 it’s very common. A good friend of mine married her Gambian husband before she flew to meet him as well 🥰 Also if you can, please visit Touba. Its not necessarily a “fun” tourist destination but very spiritual. It’s hot but the masjid there is BEAUTIFUL. It would be a great day trip for you and hubby to bond.
Allahuma baarik girl you’re not insane. This is actually beautiful. Me and my husbands journey were the same. We got married in December 2022 without meeting each other. He’s in Mali while I’m in Michigan. It was only in April when we had our very first meeting and that was because Immigration denied our Fiancé Visa. So girl you ain’t crazy. Love makes us do crazy things!😛❤
First things first you are GOR-GEOUS OK ? Ok ! May الله showers your mariage with love, understanding, sakina, mawwadah & Rahma ❤️ What are your ethnicity background ? Cause you look Senegalese too
It would have been ideal to meet him in person before your nikah. But everything is qadr, I hope he is as amazing as you described him. May Allah put barakah in your marriage ❤

@@Aaliareeves We moved to Africa in 2002 for my husband's job. First to Abidjan, then Tunis, then back to Abidjan. It's a long story that involves civil wars and coups. But once back in Abidjan we realized the International school was not good. So I moved to Dakar with our children, and they graduated from the International School of Dakar. So now they are all in the US, I'm here and my husband is still working in Abidjan. I am back home at least once or twice a year.
