Restored a VERY rusty ‘68 Camaro convertible. Didn’t check the alignment of the windshield frame until after it was painted. Convertible top guy went nuts trying to square up the top and then the front edge of the door glass didn’t match the A pillar. WHAT A MESS! Be sure to install and cycle your door glass to make sure it fits and seals
Oh man that would be a problem. When you take this far apart they are basically built from scratch or a kit car. I accepted that some modification will be required along the way to make sure everything works properly.

What size square tubing did u use to make the jig?
I used 3/4”x3/4” for the inner tube and 1”x1” for the outer tube. I got it from Lowe’s.
