Instead of ethanol, make biogas instead. You can sell the corn as food and make biogas (methane) from all the biological waste from the harvest. You will get paid twice that way, much smarter than making ethanol.

Well fossil fuel gas is better too just like biogas since both would be better and they deserve more better respect than ethanol
