    Hello
    You said that the sticks can be smoked on sticks or in a coil. If done in a coil, and they are touching, will that not cause a problem. I believe you say that they shouldn't touch when hanging. Love your videos.

    Thank you for the video.
    Now for a question.
    I want to add jalapeno peppers to my snack sticks.
    If doing 25lbs how much by weight of reconstituted dehydrated peppers should be added and at what point in the mixing process should they be added?

      Sorry for the delay, you should go between 3-6% of your batches total weight after they have been rehydrated. So for 25 lb batch that would be between .75 and 1.5 of a lb. To rehydrate them you will use 1 part flakes to 5 parts water.
