Your hobby shop hop videos are really helpful to see what’s out there the only thing I could say is show the front of the store and the signs a little longer great work 👍🚂

Enjoyed this latest HSH. Still a little quick with the iPhone, but fun to watch anyway. I live in SW Virginia, a veritable desert of hobby shops (one to be exact), so I get my regular “fix” watching your episodes. Thanks and keep ‘em coming.

Thanks for sharing! Maybe it’s just me, I see a lot of Lehigh Valley at Tim’s. Just wish I lived closer :(

I was wondering if your production assistant was going home with a Lego train. 😂

Nice HSH today Chris! It was an extra bonus to have your production assistant with you today. I agree, he was deserving of the Star Wars Lego set. I really just love the state of Pennsylvania and its architecture. Plus where else can you go, this day in age, where there are hobby stores that close together? Thanks for sharing your visit.

I can't believe you were able to find it open. It seems like that pace is always closed.

Thanks for posting this. You and your son together takes me back about 20 years! My son and I used to do Saturday hobby shop hops then too. Cherish these moments. Now it's like "Cat's in the Cradle" for us. He's 24 and too caught up in his career now. 😞

These are nice glimpses into small train shops. Patrick's trains in wheeling WV is a small trian store overflowing with goodies, large selection of O gage, and several diecast cars etc

Miles was the star of this hobby shop hop. I think your hobby shop tours are fine the way they are. But since your looking for suggestions. If the owner of the shop is there and is willing to be on camera. A small interview would be nice.

Yes i agree. I just watched n my first episode, and with all due respect it was boring. Both stores seem to huge, yet you went through both of them in a whirlwind. I was waiting for some dialogue, there was so much in both stores. What a sensational walk thru it would be if you stopped to smell the roses, meaning give your audience a breif history, what they specialize in. What are their shipping rules, fo they deliver, do they take orders o er the phone? What do they carry, their specialties, etc. The first store you walked in, you didnt say a word about the store. Your son showed more enthusiasm than you! By talking to the owner, you help his business and your hobbies, and the hobbies of others. You could have a heck of a lot more followers than you do now. When you were talking in the car, you showed enthusiasm, and interest. It was infectious. But as soin as you got out of the car, dead silence. At first i thought you hadnt turned on your sound. I really think you've got a good thing going. There are a lot of hobbyists out there, and enthusiates are always looking for new places. There just aren't that many hobby stores out there anymore. Youre doing a large contingent of enthusiasts in this country the opportunity to explore new venues, keeping their particular interests alive and flourishing!. You have to practice the art of conversation more. Its a necessity to keep the interest of your clientele. I hope im not sounding like a know it all, and ilook at this discourse as a positive construction for you. I want you to succeed . You have the possiblity, i feel , to go viral in your field. Go out and knock them dead cowboy, you can do it!
      Best Regards, Randy Burnett

Did you make it to Great Lakes Hobby when you were in Metro Detroit? Peachy's Trains, and Country Bunker's Trains have visited that shop in the past. Not a bad shop, and one of the only ones left in the Metro Detroit area, unfortunately.

That's a lot of fun in one afternoon. Does the owner ever think that you're casing the joint when you shoot the video? 😀

I stopped watching after the first store - you moved to fast with very little commentary or description of what we are seeing. And it would have been cool if you zeroed in on what your son was seeing and interested in.
