That looks incredibly difficult. I struggle to keep 4/4 time on bass guitar at slow tempo so it incredifies me that on keys it's all done with just the left hand. But then I've had a few concussions.
Swing implies hidden triplets (66% swing, aka every first note takes 2/3 and every second note takes 1/3) or quintuplets (3:2 swing, 60%, first note 3/5 and second note 2/5) in the rhythm. That means when you play in 4/4 with swing, you are actually playing a tiny bit of 3:4 or 5:4.
